Hi i am traveling domestically and am mountain biking. we are taking our Mountain bikes and are hiring a camper-van. I am looking for a insurance cover that will cover mt MTB’s for theft etc ( 2x bikes valued at approx $2000 each) and am also looking for rental vehicle excess cover. Who would best cover my requirements?
Also, I already have rental car excess cover on my credit card of which doesn’t cover the full amount of the possible excess. Can I use the travel insurance rental car excess cover to take up the remaining excess amount if required?

        Hi Carie,

        Thank you for your question.

You have contacted, a comparison and information service and not actually Dodo Travel Insurance.

Dodo Travel Insurance does not state anything about warfarin in their product disclosure statement so you will need to contact them directly to see if they provide cover for this pre-existing condition or not. However, pre-existing conditions are assessed on a case-by-case basis. You may find our travel insurance and blood thinners article helpful.

        All the best,

        Hi Carmel,

Thanks for your question. Finder is a comparison service and not an insurer.

There are various conditions that are either covered or not covered by the Dodo travel insurance policy. You should review the relevant Dodo travel insurance PDS for a list of these conditions.

        All the best,
