Parental Leave

Becoming a parent is one of life’s biggest moments, which is why we offer a generous gender neutral paid parental leave policy that is within the top quartile in each market. It’s available to all crew regardless of how long they’ve been with the company, and whether they are the primary or secondary carer.

We also host a Finder Summit each year for all crew with international speakers and experts covering topics such as SEO, product, engineering, analytics, marketing, PR and growth.
