Role Overview

Finder is looking for a Senior CRM Manager who can lift our lifecycle performance, improve email capture, grow repeat member engagement. You will design effective lifecycle journeys, run experiments, and help to shape the early stages of our loyalty strategy. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy with execution, and suits someone who enjoys working in a fast moving environment.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to deliver high quality CRM programs that support our commercial goals and improve user experience across Finder.

Main Responsibilities

    Strategy and planning

  • Develop CRM strategy across email, SMS and push
  • Build and optimise lifecycle programs that lift conversion, revenue and re-engagement
  • Support early loyalty development through value exchange and reward tests
  • Create a roadmap for CRM improvements across automation and segmentation
  • Execution and optimisation

  • Own day to day CRM delivery in Braze
  • Build and maintain automated journeys and templates
  • Run experiments and structured tests
  • Work with product and engineering on CRM triggers and data
  • Improve first party data capture
  • Data, insight, and reporting

  • Own CRM KPIs and track results including revenue
  • Partner with data teams on reporting and insight
  • Provide clear weekly and monthly updates
  • Team leadership and collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a small team of CRM specialists
  • Work with marketing, product, engineering, content, and commercial teams
  • Advocate for CRM best practice and influence stakeholders

Essential Requirements

  • Strong CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in digital consumer businesses
  • Proven lifecycle optimisation skills
  • Comfortable in fast paced environments
  • Experience mentoring CRM specialists
  • Analytical and collaborative
  • Ideal - Hands on Braze capability
  • Ideal - Designing and implementing Loyalty programs
