Role Overview
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise our digital advertising efforts, specifically designed to support the growth of our Branded Content portfolio. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns with a heavy emphasis on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok, while proactively exploring opportunities on platforms like Teads and Taboola. This will also involve tracking campaign performance to ensure delivery targets are met (such as pageviews and reach) using data from ad platforms and Google Analytics.
Beyond Branded Content, you will support the Finder team by executing targeted paid media initiatives. Under the guidance of your manager, you will execute paid media campaigns, with a focus of improving ROAS and growing paid revenue and margin. You will be expected to identify efficiency gains and capitalise on growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Working with the Partnerships team to understand campaign briefs
- Design the creatives (using pre-built templates and designs)
- Build, launch and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok etc
- Monitor daily performance to maintain pacing, optimise campaigns and pivot tactics to ensure all KPIs and client targets are met
- Collaborate daily with Client Services to provide campaign updates and contribute to client reporting
Essential Requirements
- 1-3 years experience managing paid social, display or video advertising campaigns/li>
- Good understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display & Youtube), Meta and TikTok ad platforms/li>
- Ability to analyse marketing campaign data in Excel and Google Sheets/li>
- Able to work independently to ensure campaign success
- Good communication skills - will be working across multiple internal teams requiring good stakeholder management
- A genuine passion and enthusiasm for advertising
Helpful but not essential would be experience with Google Analytics
