Does it it COVID
Hi Gerry,
Yes, ReadySet Travel Insurance includes coverage for certain COVID-19-related events on eligible plans. Coverage typically includes things like:
Overseas medical expenses – for medical and hospital costs if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 while travelling abroad.
Cancellations – for non-refundable pre-paid travel arrangements if you or a member of your travelling party are diagnosed with COVID-19 and must cancel your trip.
Additional Expenses – for reasonable additional travel, meals and accommodation costs if you’re required to quarantine or are denied boarding due to a suspected infection.
The exact inclusions and cover depend on your policy level, with comprehensive insurance offering a higher level of cover. Hope this helps!
