Hello –
Does the policy cover skiing, snowboarding, snowmobile, etc?
Also, I’ve got a 18 yr old outsider travelling with our family. can he be included in our policy?
Thanks
Stephen
Hi Stephen,
Thanks for your question. While this cover does offer cover for dependent Children and/or two unrelated children on either single/family policies, it doesn’t look like they offer a winter sports option. If you would like to have a look at some of the providers that do offer ski insurance, please have a look at our Ski Insurance page.
I hope this was helpful,
Richard
Hi, I already have an existing travel insurance policy with Citibank. Can I extend online
Hi there,
On the Citibank website it states that, “Each Journey covered under the Citibank Frequent Traveller Insurance Policy may be for a maximum of ninety (90) days only. If You require an extension to this period of cover, please contact ACE to discuss Your request.”

Hi, I am looking for affordable travel insurance for my 88yo father. He is in good health. Only pre medical is atrial fibrillation many years ago.
We will be on a cruise ship the whole time.
Maybe approx 40days. Alaska – Vancouver to Australia.
Just wants medical (and remains brought home cover).
Are you able to help with this.
Thanks
Raina
Hello Raina,
thanks for the question.
The age limits for travel insurance can vary between different providers, so it’s a good idea to check with a number of different providers, as some may provide insurance to your father.
If not, contacting a travel insurance provider directly and explaining to them his age and previous medical issues may see them offer travel insurance with a higher premium and exclusions surrounding his condition.
I hope this helps,
Marc.
