      Hi Jedda,

Thanks for reaching out. I’m afraid we may not have the answer to that question. You may want to get in touch with the AMEX directly and dispute the transaction so they’ll investigate it. We have a guide on how to reverse a credit card transaction for your reference.

      Hi Elena,

Thanks for your question. ACE Travel Insurance is not currently part of the panel of travel insurance brands we compare. If you would like to get cover from ACE Travel Insurance, you will need to go to their site directly.

Alternatively, if you would like to compare the policy options available from the travel insurance brands in our panel, you can do so by entering your trip details into the comparison engine on the travel insurance home page.

      I hope this was helpful,
