      Hi Lee,

Thank you for leaving a question.

There is a 3% charge based on the value in Australian dollars of the transaction, charged each time an amount is debited to your account in respect of a transaction conducted in a currency other than Australian dollars. This is the international transaction fee. Hope this helps!

      Cheers,
      Reggie

      Hi Cheryl,

      Thanks for your question.

There’s no fee for paying out your balance early. When making payments, you’ll be charged a payment handling fee of $10 each time you make a payment other than by direct debit and BPAY.

      I hope this has helped.

      Thanks,

      Elizabeth
