In addition to these interest-free purchase options, you can take advantage of the promotional offer of 0% for 6 months on balance transfers requested at the time of your application. A balance transfer fee applies for this offer. The Lombard 180 also offers a minimum credit limit of $1,000 and charges an annual fee of $99.

How to apply for a Lombard 180 Card

You can apply for the Lombard 180 Card online in around 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure you meet the following eligibility requirements before applying:

Eligibility criteria

  • You must be over 18 years of age
  • You must have a good credit rating
  • You must be a permanent Australian resident
  • You must be a full-time, permanent part-time or permanent casual employee with more than 25 hours of work a week or earn over $25,000 gross per year.

Required documents

  • Personal details. This includes your full name, residential information, email address, phone number and driver's licence number.
  • Employment details. This includes your current position, length of employment, salary and employer's contact details. You may also be required to provide recent payslips or tax statements.
  • Financial details. This includes details of any assets you have, such as shares or savings, as well as any existing debts and ongoing payments such as rent or household bills.

Once you’ve completed and submitted the application, you can expect to receive a response within 30 minutes.

If you have some larger purchases in mind but want to save on interest, the Lombard 180 could be of interest to you. However, as this isn’t the only card of its kind, you’ll need to compare your options to find the right card for you.

      Whatever credit limit you’ll be approved for, that will also be your cash advance limit. So for Lombard 180 Card, the minimum credit limit you might have is $1,000 and the maximum limit is $30,000.

    If you get interest free promotion is there a fee if you pay it out early?
    also is there charges is you pay via direct debit or over the counter at the post office.

      There’s no fee for paying out your balance early. When making payments, you’ll be charged a payment handling fee of $10 each time you make a payment other than by direct debit and BPAY.
