How do I redeem my credit card points to purchase hotel accommodation?
Hi John,
Thanks for getting in touch with Finder. I hope all is well with you. :)
You can redeem your Bank of Queensland (BOQ) credit card points through their Internet Banking system. All you need to do is go to their official website, log on to your online account, select the credit card from your accounts list, and then go to “Q Rewards® / Other Card Functions” to view your points, redeem and see the latest offers. You can then check there if there are available hotel accommodations you can redeem.
Alternatively, you can contact Q Rewards® customer support.
I hope this helps. Should you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach us out again.
Have a wonderful day!

You also need to provide a summary or estimate of your regular household expenses. I suggest that you contact Bank of Queensland directly regarding your credit/personal loan application to know whether your documents on hand are valid and to know your chances of being approved.

Please make sure that you’ve check the eligibility criteria and read the relevant T&Cs or PDS of the loan products before making a decision and consider whether the loan product is right for you.

i wish to stop some auto payments
Hi Meharry,
Thanks for leaving a question on finder.
You must contact your merchant and request they cancel your Regular Payment Arrangement. Be aware that you may be required to provide alternative payment details for the goods and/or services being provided.
If after a reasonable time, your merchant fails to cancel your Regular Payment Arrangement you may contact your financial institution for assistance.
Note that closing your scheme card account does not automatically cancel your Regular Payment Arrangements on that scheme card account. You must contact the merchant to either cancel the Regular Payment Arrangement or provide replacement card details for future payments.
Cheers,
Joel

I paid my Visa Platinum card 5 days early,as I was going away and would not be near a computer or bank. Now I have been charged an interest charge of $115 ,and the reason I have been told is it should have been paid on the due date and not earlier.I also have been told that I lose my 30 day interest free days, and can only get them back, once 2 months is up and I have paid the due amount on the due date.Is this correct.
Hello Frank,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Basically, if you have a late payment the provider will charge you an amount of “$10”. Since you mentioned you paid prior the due date but they still charged for an early payment. You may need to contact them directly to clarify this matter and if the fees they charged to you were under terms and conditions with your provider. For your additional reference you may be interested to read this article.
I hope this information has helped.

I am looking for a credit card that prevents on line gambling transactions
Hi Kerry,
Thank you for your question.
The following credit-card providers explicitly state that you can’t use your credit card for gambling transactions:
BOQ
Citibank
Diners Club
Suncorp Bank
Virgin Money
These providers all list details of restricted transactions in their credit card terms and conditions that if you try to make a gambling transaction using a credit card from one of these companies, it may be declined.
