After you complete the online application for a Suncorp Bank credit card, you will receive a response moments after you hit submit. It may then take 5-7 business days for the application to be fully processed. You'll receive your card shortly after that time.
How do I activate my Suncorp Bank credit card?
Once you receive your Suncorp Bank credit card, you will need to activate it before you can start using it. You can activate your Suncorp Bank credit card by dialling the credit card activation number detailed in the welcome pack you receive with your card. Can I transfer my credit card balance to a Suncorp Bank credit card?
You're able to transfer up to three balances from credit cards, store cards or charge cards (excluding Suncorp Bank and Citigroup cards). You can request a balance transfer when you apply for the card online. Please note that you can't balance transfer beyond 80% of the approved credit limit.
When filling out the secure online application form, you will be asked if you want to request a balance transfer. If you say "yes", you will then need to enter the account details and the amount you would like to transfer from each account. When will I pay the Suncorp Bank credit card annual fee?
The annual fee is usually charged to the first statement and then charged on the anniversary of that statement for every year you have the account. If the annual fee is not paid in the first statement period, it will accrue interest at the standard purchase rate for that card.
