Hi Natividad,
Thank you for your comment.
Please have a look for the minimum income requirement at the bottom of each card’s review page. This will let you know whether you’re eligible to apply for the card. It doesn’t matter whether you’re employed, on a pension or receiving your income from assets like property, if you meet the income requirement (in addition to the other minimum eligibility requirements) then you can apply for a card. For your other question, if you are applying online, there’s an option that you can select if you’re applying without a Driver’s licence.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Sally
I M a current visa cardholder, can I utilise “transfer to the 0% pa for 16 months” idea of course is to pay debt without interest, thanks
Hi Fran,
Thanks for your question.
If you meet the eligibility criteria for the BankSA card then you can apply for a balance transfer from up to three [non- St.George, BankSA and Bank of Melbourne], Australian issued credit, charge or store cards at the time of application.
I hope this has helped.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
I’m a caterer and receive a pension with very little outgoing to pay I want a credit card that can suit me
Hi John,
Please have a look at the minimum income requirement at the bottom of each card’s review page. You’ll find information on how much you have to have to come in to apply for the card. Generally, it shouldn’t matter whether you’re employed full time, on a pension or receiving your income from assets like property, if you meet the income requirement (in addition to the other minimum eligibility requirements) then you can apply for a card.
For more information on choosing a credit card, please read through the article and comparison to see some options for you.
Thanks for your question.
Cheers,
Jacob
Can I open a visa card with a limit of $300 (to safeguard a 90 year old)?
Len.
Hi Len. Please check the card’s review page for information on minimum eligibility requirements. This will let you know whether you’re eligible to apply for the card. The minimum credit limit for most cards is $500. Thanks for your question. Jacob.
Hi, my name is Moses, I am a customer with BankSA. I am on a student visa, and was wondering what my chances of getting a loan with you are, and how much? Also, I would like to know what the requirements would be, if i should qualify.
regards
Moses.
Hi Moses,
Thanks for writing to us with your question.
If you’re on a visa, you may need to speak to the lender directly. The products listed on our site are for permanent Australian residents, and although people on long stay and business visas can also apply for some of the products listed on our site, it’s something that will need to be done in person.
You may want to check other credit cards for temporary residents.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Jacob
