Do I have to pay a fee to join the rewards program?

No. Eligible purchases are any purchase transactions you make for personal, household or consumer purposes. Please note that you will not receive cashback for transactions such as cash advances, BPAY, fees, interest, balance transfers or payments you make for business purposes.

Can I request a change in my credit limit?

Yes, you can request an increase or decrease to BCU Bank credit card's credit limit at any time. But keep in mind that if you request an increase, it will be subject to BCU Bank's lending criteria and assessment.

Do you have a balance transfer for other credit cards.

Hi Gary,

bcu doesn’t currently have any balance transfer offers. According to the credit card terms and conditions on the bcu website, it may allow you to request a balance transfer from a credit card held with a different financial institution. You can call bcu on 1300 228 228 to check if this is possible.

Alternatively, you can compare other credit cards that offer 0% interest on balance transfers for up to 32 months. I hope that helps.
