I am trying to contact you regarding a Direct Debit a letter I just received said was dishonoured (not paid). What does this mean.

I live most of the time in the United States in California and I do not have a phone number I can call you on as the “300” numbers do not work from here.

Hi Lorraine,

Unfortunately you’ve come through to finder.com.au an online comparison service. We’re not directly affiliated with BoQ and don’t handle any accounts.

Please contact their customer service team directly, they also have overseas numbers available through their official website.

Cheers,
