Hi, my name is Moses, I am a customer with BankSA. I am on a student visa, and was wondering what my chances of getting a loan with you are, and how much? Also, I would like to know what the requirements would be, if i should qualify.

    regards
    Moses.

      Hi Moses,

Thanks for writing to us with your question.

If you’re on a visa, you may need to speak to the lender directly. The products listed on our site are for permanent Australian residents, and although people on long stay and business visas can also apply for some of the products listed on our site, it’s something that will need to be done in person.

You may want to check other credit cards for temporary residents.

      I hope this helps.

      Regards,
      Jacob

My pensioner income is $18,000pa plus casual extra approximately $3000pa.I would like to apply for a C/Card balance transfer of $4900. Westpac card to your SA Vertigo. Would this business be conducted through St George Bank branches? Awaiting your response,Regards,

      Hello Brian,
      thanks for the question.

Application and balance transfers to the BankSA Vertigo can be carried out over the phone, internet or at a branch. If you wish to apply at a branch in a state where there are no BankSA branches, then this would need to be carried out at a St George branch, and in this case would mean you’d receive a St George Vertigo credit card.

      I hope this helps,
      Marc.
