Comparison of Woolworths Credit Cards
Types of credit cards from Woolworths
Woolworths offers two different reward credit cards. The Woolworths Qantas Platinum Credit Card earns Qantas Points for your spending, while the Woolworths Everyday Platinum Credit Card earns points that are automatically converted to shopping cards every four months. You can then use these shopping cards for spending at participating Woolworths group stores. Depending on when you apply, these credit cards could also include introductory balance transfer offers or purchase rate offers and other perks, which we've outlined below.
Standard and platinum Woolworths credit cardsIf you're approved for a credit limit of $6,000 or more, you'll be able to enjoy more benefits with a Woolworths Everyday Platinum and Woolworths Qantas Platinum credit card. But if you're approved for a credit limit of less than $6,000, you will be issued with a Woolworths Everyday Card that does not offer platinum benefits.
Balance transfer credit cards
Woolworths credit cards may come with an introductory low or 0% p.a. balance transfer rate that gives you a way to save on interest charges as you pay down your debt. At the end of the introductory period, the low or 0% p.a. balance transfer interest rate reverts to the card's standard variable interest rate for cash advances. Compare the offers in the comparison table and see how much money you can save on interest. Read our step-by-step guide to completing a balance transfer with Woolworths here.
Rewards credit cards
The Woolworths Everyday Platinum Credit Card earns 3 credit card points per $1 spent on Woolworths Select and Woolworths brand products, 2 points per $1 on purchases at Woolworths Supermarkets, BWS, Dan Murphy’s, Cellarmasters, Big W and participating Caltex Woolworths fuel outlets and 1 point per $1 spent for all other eligible purchases. These credit card points are automatically converted to Woolworths Shopping Cards every 4 months, with a minimum of 4,000 points equal to a $20 shopping card you can use at participating Woolworths group stores.
The Woolworths Everyday Platinum also includes complimentary purchase security insurance and exclusive discounts at Woolworths Group retailers. It can also double as your Woolworths Rewards card, giving you a way to earn both credit card points and Woolworths Rewards points when you scan your membership barcode before paying at a participating Woolworths, BWS, Big W or Caltex Woolworths fuel outlet.
Frequent flyer credit cards

Each month, you'll be emailed details of the offer period that allows you to get 10% off your shop at Woolworths when you scan the barcode on the back of your credit card and pay with it.
