      Hi Cam.

      Thanks for your question.

St.George do not provide a minimum income requirement for this card. You’re eligibility is based on whether you can service the minimum credit limit, which is currently $1,000 with this card. If the lender can see that based on your financials, you can afford to pay back this amount then your application will be considered.

Hi, for the “Overseas travel insurance for trips up to 3 months for you and your family” what are the exceptions when it comes to family. Is there a age cut off?

      Hi EEJ.

The cover applies for people up to 80 years of age. There are also restrictions on the maximum benefit a family group can claim when compared to an individual claim. You will need to read the policy document for further information. I’ve sent it to your email.

Hi Alicia. There’s only Bank of Melbourne branches in your area. The St.George website says the closest one is in Cootamundra NSW. If you would like information on Bank of Melbourne credit cards, you can view them here. Thanks for your question. Jacob.

Hi Stephen. Thanks for your question. If you’re looking to use this card overseas, you can save by using your bank’s global ATM alliance partners (I’ve sent some information to your email). Otherwise you may want to consider a international transaction account or travel friendly credit card. Check this page for more information. Jacob.

can i transfer the balance on a citibank debit card to gold

Hi Matthew. Thanks for your question. If you’re approved for the credit card, generally you’re also approved for the balance transfer promotion. Things you need to consider: you can only transfer up to approx. 90-95% of your approved credit limit on your new card; you do not earn interest free days during balance transfer promotions; a balance transfer will usually take up to two weeks (max) to process; the balance transfer rate will revert to variable purchase rate after the promotional period has finished. Hope this helps.
