As well as bonus points, this offer gives you a way to save on upcoming purchases with 0% p.a. interest on purchases for the first 6 months. Just make sure to factor in the 19.99% p.a. interest rate that applies after that, because it could quickly add up if you’re still paying off purchases.

Hi Anna,
Right now there is no balance transfer offer on this card. You can review some current balance transfer options here.
Hope this helps!

Hi there,
“0% p.a. on balance transfers for 12 months, with no BT fee” — does this mean that after the 12 month period, the 55 day interest-free period becomes obsolete and one will have to pay interest daily on any purchase they make?
Thank you :)

Hi Mimi,
Yes that’s right, after 12 months, any balance you’re still carrying from the initial balance transfer will be subject to the current full interest raet each day until it’s paid off.

If I make the minimum monthly repayments is there no interest on my balance ?

Hi Lucy,
No, if you make the minimum payment, you will still be charged interest.
The minimum repayment is usually around 2-3% of the total credit limit. On a card with a $10,000 limit, the minimum repayment would be $200-300 (the exact amount can vary depending on the card provider’s policy). Paying only the minimum due means you’re likely to pay interest each month.
To avoid paying interest, you need to repay the statement balance in full. This is the full balance of items charged to the card during the statement balance, and is often quite a lot higher than the minimum due. \
Hope this helps!
