PlanDescription
Statement instalmentsConvert retail purchases from your closing balance into a structured payment plan, with a minimum of $500 and monthly instalment repayments.

Cash instalmentsAccess a minimum of $500 and up to 90% of your available credit limit as cash for bills, study or anything else you need and pay it off in instalments. This option is similar to a small personal loan, but make sure you check the rates and fees so you know how much it will cost before you get it.

You can check if you're eligible for an instalment plan by calling Coles Mastercard on 1300 066 985. Once a plan is set up, you'll see details on your credit card statement. Learn more about using instalment plans on a credit card to see if they'll work for you.

      Hi Allan,

      Thanks for your question.

With the Platinum Coles credit card, there is a 24/7 concierge service as well as Merchandise Protection Insurance.

It doesn’t mention anything about Complimentary Travel Insurance, you may want to contact the customer service team at Coles Credit Card to confirm this.

      Cheers,
      Shirley

      Hi, Laura.

      Thanks for your question.

If there is no minimum credit limit listed for this product, generally, the lowest credit limit you can elect to receive is $500.

      I hope this helps.

I’ve had a serious issue with balance transfer that resulted in my balance transfer from one company to another going missing. Is it best that I wait before getting involved with balance transfers, I’ve now decided to cease the balance transfer will that affect my credit rating, even though it is not my fault this company simply lost the money?

      Hi, James.

It’s always a good to have a record of any mistakes a bank has made in writing. See if the credit reporting agency can remove the credit enquiry mark. They may or may not be able to do this, but at the very least, it’s good to have a record of what happened.

Applying for credit will not ‘harm’ your credit file. Generally speaking, too many applications for credit in a short space of time is a not considered a positive thing by banks and lenders.

      Thanks for your question.

      Hi, Karen.

      Thanks for your question.

You can use this credit card wherever MasterCard is accepted. This includes retailers, ATMs and over the internet.

      I hope this helps.
