I have a Zero credit card that expires 07/15. I am surprised that I have not received a replacement card yet. Can you please explain?
    Thank you.

      Hi Phyllis,

      Thanks for your question.

Just to confirm, you have actually come through to finder.com.au, not Bankwest.

According to the Bankwest Credit Cards Conditions of Use document, the card is only valid until the expiry date. Bankwest may, at their discretion, issue a user with a replacement card.

You may wish to contact the Bankwest Customer Service team directly to request a replacement card.

I hope this has helped answer your question.

      Thanks,

      Sally

I applied for a bankwest platinum credit card and received an email saying to send in payslips. I don’t have that, but have not heard anything back yet nor have I received anything in mail. I applied on 23rd April and it is 11th may now. Is it normal to take this long to receive card in mail ?

Hi Ozeeee, thanks for your inquiry!

If a credit card application has received conditional approval, your approval depends upon you providing verification of your details, usually payslips or personal identification. Full approval is granted once you have provided this information to a bank staff member and you have signed the contract agreement. If you have verified your details, it would be best to contact Bankwest directly in regards to the status of your application.

      Cheers,

      Jonathan
