How do I make a claim with Blue Travel Insurance?
Blue Travel Insurance claims can be submitted via the Blue Insurance Online Claims Centre. From there, you’ll be prompted to follow the following steps:
- Describe the incident and your reason for submitting a claim
- Submit your expenses and supporting documentation regarding your claim
- Provide your financial details and submit your claim
- Receive a response from Blue Travel Insurance on the outcome
If your claim is approved, you’ll receive reimbursement via direct deposit to your nominated bank account.
