Hi, I purchased from Myers since June till July. How can I key in my points into my new Myer One loyalty account?
Kindly advise.
Hi Joanna,
Thanks for leaving a question on finder.
If you are using your Myer One credit card to make purchases from June until July, the points will automatically accrue and you can simply check your balance by logging into your membership at myerone.com.au or via the MYER one App. If you are looking to add points from past purchases to a new card, unfortunately that is not possible.
Cheers,
Joel
I have had a Myer One caard for many years and have never received
Hi Pamela,
Thank you for contacting finder.com.au.
May I confirm if you meant not receiving points for MYER one credit card or reward card? Please note that the reward process of the two cards differ in some ways. Basically, if you regularly shop at Myer department stores and with its affiliate partners, you would earn points. You can find the details above on how the MYER one credit card and rewards card work to be able to earn points.
In case you would need assistance in checking if you already have accummulated points, please contact MYER One customer service team directly.
I hope this information has helped you in any way.
Regards,
Jhezelyn
