What sort of fee would there be to access an international airport lounge e.g. at Singapore Airport using the Mastercard Travel Pass?

Hi Annie,

The fees for lounge entry are typically set by individual lounges and may vary based on details such as the number of guests and the length of the visit, as well as if any benefit is available through Mastercard Travel Pass (such as a discounted entry fee). As a very basic guide, paid lounge entry can range from around $35 to $150 or more – so there is a wide range of prices depending on the lounge, type of visit, any lounge memberships or benefits offered through a credit card/other service. If you have further questions specifically in relation to the feature on this card, you may want to contact CommBank or Mastercard Travel Pass. I hope this helps.

Is there a minimum income requirement to qualify?

Hi Julie,

CommBank does not list a minimum income requirement for this card. But you would need to be able to provide details that show you can repay at least the minimum credit limit on this card over a 3-year period. Finder’s guide to minimum income requirements has more details about this that may be helpful too. If you have more questions about this card and CommBank’s application process, you can contact the bank 13 22 21. I hope this helps.

Hi Donna,

You can redeem CommBank Awards Points for gift cards, cashback, frequent flyer point transfers, retail items and more through the CommBank Awards website. You can also use points to pay at Myer and for eligible travel bookings with Flight Centre. I hope this helps.

Hi Dorothy,

This card’s included travel insurance provides cover for you, your spouse and your children when they’re travelling with you on a return trip from Australia for up 12 months. The cover just needs to be activated through the CommBank app or by calling insurance provider Cover-More on 1300 467 951. Every travel insurance policy is different. So for full details of this cover, refer to the CommBank Credit Card Insurances Product Disclosure Statement and Information Booklet (here is apdf version, effective 2 June 2023). Or contact the insurance provider. I hope this helps.
