Hi James,
ANZ doesn’t list a minimum income requirement for this card. But you will need to provide details of your income, expenses and other liabilities when you apply. As credit card providers in Australia have to consider your ability to repay the total limit over a 3-year period, it could also help to consider the minimum credit limit ($15,000 at the time of writing). Finder’s guide to credit card minimum income requirements also has further details if you’re interested. I hope this helps.

Hi Dawn,
The domestic travel insurance on this card is only available if you have a return domestic flight booked as part of the trip, and may not be suitable cover for issues that arise on a cruise. If you want to discuss specific details of the cover, you can contact Allianz (the insurance provider) on 1300 135 271. You can also compare cruise travel insurance policies on Finder. I hope this helps.

Hi Garry,
That’s an important question to ask before you travel. You can contact the insurance provider, Allianz, on 1300 135 271 to discuss this with them directly so that you have the most accurate information. I hope this helps.

Can I use the rewards black credit card to pay my mortgage every week?

Hi Aaron,
Your mortgage repayments should always be made using your own money, not credit. If your goal is to earn more points, Finder has a guide on a hands-on strategy for using a credit card and an offset account that may be of interest. If you’re experiencing mortgage stress and need help with your mortgage payments, talk to your lender about relief options. You can also speak to a financial counsellor for free by calling the National Debt Helpline on 1800 007 007.

Hi Amy
I have an ANZ Rewards Black credit card, just wondering if I’m covered on a short domestic cruise, thanks.

Hi Linda,
If the trip includes a return domestic flight that was paid for with your ANZ Rewards Black, or if you meet the other requirements and have a return domestic flight ticket, it’s possible there may be some cover related to cancellations, additional expenses and delays. But it’s a good idea to check directly with the insurance provider, Allianz, by calling 1300 135 271 or using the online form at https://travel.agaassistance.com.au/anz/travel-insurance. I hope this helps.
