The Myer credit card is suited to loyal Myer shoppers who want to reward their spending with savings at the checkout. It’s the only credit card that earns Myer one Shopping Credits, which you can redeem for Myer one Rewards cards. You can also save with 0% interest for 6 months on eligible purchases at Myer.

How to apply

You can apply for the Myer Credit Card online as long as you meet the eligibility criteria and have the necessary details to complete the application.

Eligibility criteria

  • Income. You must earn at least $30,000 of taxable income per year.
  • Credit history. You'll need to have a good credit score and history.

Card benefits

  • MYER one Shopping Credits. If you're not an existing MYER one member, you'll get free enrolment to the program and this card doubles as your MYER one rewards card. You earn up to 3 MYER one Shopping Credits for every dollar you spend at Myer and Myer affiliates and 1 Shopping Credit per $1 spent everywhere else, uncapped. Every 2,000 Shopping Credits you accumulate per Program Quarter will be automatically converted to a $20 MYER one Reward Card.
  • Interest-free Myer shopping. You can save with 0% interest on purchases from Myer when you spend $250 or more in a single transaction. The standard purchase rate will apply after that.

Rates & fees

  • Annual fee. Outside of any promotions, this card charges a $69 annual fee.
  • Purchase rate. Your purchases will attract a 20.69% p.a. interest rate.
  • Interest-free days. If you pay the account's closing balance in full before the statement due date, you can get up to 55 interest-free days on purchases. You won't be eligible for interest-free days if you're paying off a balance transfer debt.

      Hi Marietta,

Thank you for getting in touch with finder.

Since you lost your card, you can order a new card by logging into your MYER one account. To do this, you will need your MYER one member number, this can be found on a previous Myer receipt (your MYER one Member number will be printed on the bottom of the receipt). You will normally receive your replacement card within 2 to 3 weeks of request. In the meantime, be sure to quote your MYER one Member number in-store or online when making purchases so you don’t miss out on earning MYER one Credits.

Alternatively, you can choose to have access to a digital MYER one Card by downloading the MYER one App, selecting ‘I’M A MEMBER,’ followed by ‘Forgot Member number’ and then follow the prompts.

You may also contact MYER one Customer Service Centre on 13 67 17 from Monday – Wednesday and Saturday between 9:00am to 6:00pm, Thursday and Friday between 9:00am to 9:00pm and Sunday from 10:00am – 5:00pm. They’ll be happy to help you.

As a friendly reminder, while we do not represent any company we feature on our pages, we can offer you general advice.

      I hope this helps.

      Have a great day!

      Cheers,
      Jeni

What is the difference between the Myer Visa Platinum Card and the Myer Credit Card ie in terms of reward points and fees?

      Hi Hispania,

      Thank you for your inquiry.

As of September 1, ‘Latitude Infinity’ replaced both cards and offering a new rewards program. You will earn one Latitude point for every dollar you spend on eligible transactions with fees the same.

You may refer to the Product Statement and Latitude Infinity Rewards for more information about fees and point system respectively.

      Hope this helps.

      Cheers,
      Jonathan

When you are a guarantor for someone who is applying for a loan, will they be able to collect information about your Myers store card, for example will they be able to find out if you have a Myers store card if they do a credit report? I need to know if that is something I need to add onto the forms as liabilities.

      Hi Morgan!

Credit cards are considered line of credit extended to you by the bank, much like a personal loan. If your lender or the bank advised you to declare them, then this must be included.

If you need further clarification, you may talk to your lender.

      Hope this helps.

      Cheers,
      Jonathan

I have been a Myer one customer for many years and have purchased goods and petrol on this card but have not received a gift benefit on this card for a long time. I would like to know why this is?
    Thank you Margrit
