Hi Rosyln unfortunately we can’t really help you here. Finder can help you compare options and provide information, but any decisions about eligibility are up to the card provider. And often they won’t give you a very definite answer until you actually submit an application.

Hi is there a credit card for people with a fair credit score and on centrelink job seeker payment and with an annual income of 18,000 or less

Hi Sue,
You’ll find it very hard to get approved for a credit card in that situation, especially with a fair credit score. While not every credit card specifies a minimum income, most card’s in Finder’s database that list a minimum income have one of around $35,000.
You might be better off using a debit card and working on improving your credit score first.

Hi Kay, The fact you already have a credit card makes it more likely you’ll be approved for another one to replace it. You can compare cards to find one with fees and features that suit you.

Hi, Would I be eligible with a new business (started in October) but don’t actually take a wage, just live off the income of the shop? Thanks.

Hi Amy, You’d need to show evidence of income – in your case, that would be tax documents or other evidence of business profitability.

Hi, if I am discharged bankruptcy can I be approved for this card? If not, are there any that will?

Hi LW,
There is no eligibility requirement that specifically refers to being discharged from bankruptcy but it is up to the lender to determine your eligibility. You can discuss your situation and eligibility directly with Bankwest by calling 13 17 19.
As credit card applications are recorded on your credit report, along with details of your previous bankruptcy, speaking to lenders directly before you apply can help limit the number of listings (which affect your credit score). I hope this helps.

Hi I was told to try for the Bankwest Breeze Classic Mastercard. I am currently unemployed on centrelink payment. I have a very good credit score and already have a credit card and have no trouble paying but I would like to transfer it over. Would I be considered for the Bankwest Breeze Classic Mastercard or not. Thank you
