Expert review

The Bank of Melbourne Amplify Platinum Qantas card doesn’t currently offer the highest bonus points deal, but it’s still enough to help book your next overseas getaway. To give some examples, you could fly one-way in economy from Melbourne to LA (45,000 points) or one-way from Perth to Singapore in business class (50,000 points) with the bonus points.

It also has a competitive annual fee and you’re likely to pay a much higher fee if you opt for a card with a bigger bonus points promotion.
