Expert review

The American Express Corporate Gold Card is a charge card account suited to larger businesses with annual turnovers of $10 million or more. As well as additional cards for employees, it gives you a choice of liability options for the account integration with the SAP Concur app for expense management. You can also pay almost any merchant or supplier through AccessLine (even if it doesn’t usually accept Amex cards).

How to apply

You can apply for the American Express Corporate Gold Card by selecting the “Speak to a specialist” option on the Amex website. This takes you to a short request form so that an Amex specialist can contact you about your application. Before you get started, make sure you meet the requirements and have all the details you need on hand.

Eligibility criteria

  • New card member. The bonus points offer is only available to companies who don’t have a current American Express Corporate Card or American Express Qantas Corporate Card and haven’t had one in the last 18 months.
  • Business revenue. Your annual business revenue must be at least $10 million.
