Hi. I have got the quanta’s titanium card for 2 years now. If we want to cancel the card, what happens to the points?

Hi Kirty,

Qantas Points that have been added to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account will remain there as part of your points balance. But according to the Qantas Premier terms and conditions, you may not earn points if you cancel your card before they have been transferred to your frequent flyer account. If you have further questions, you can contact Qantas Money on 1300 992 700. I hope this helps.
