Hi,

The 0% interest rate, is this for the 51 days or is it for the entire time?

How much if the balance isn’t paid after the 51 days?

Hi Mark,

This is a charge card, which means there is no interest rate but you need to pay off the entire account balance by the statement due date. In this case, that gives you up to 51 days to pay in each statement period. If you need more time, you can set up a Flexible Payment Option for part of the balance, which can be paid off over time with interest charges as specified by Amex. Otherwise, your account may be considered as in default and attract fees. If you have further questions, you can contact the American Express business team on 1300 366 549. I hope this helps.

Hello Skender,

Thank you for your comment.

If you’re referring to the credit limit, please note that it’s based on your credit history, spending patterns and financial resources. That will be set and determined by the issuer.

I have a KrisFlyer frequent flyer account and I was wondering what’s the conversion of 1 Amex rewards point to KrisFlyer miles compared to 1 Citi bank reward point.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your question.

The conversion rates are as follows:

1 AMEX Membership Rewards point = 1 KrisFlyer mile

2 Citi Rewards = 1 KrisFlyer Mile (Prestige and Signature) 2.5 Citi Rewards = 1 KrisFlyer Mile (Rewards Platinum)

For more information on the conversion rates from rewards points to frequent flyer points, please read our guide entitled, “How to transfer your credit card rewards to your frequent flyer program.”

I hope this helps.

Cheers,

Anndy
