Our verdict

Pay no monthly fees and see an estimate of the carbon emissions associated with each transaction you make.

This account is the first of its kind in Australia to show you estimated carbon emissions for your transactions. If reducing your carbon emissions and lowering your environmental impact is important to you, this account can help you do just that.

You’ll see estimated carbon emissions for your purchases in the Suncorp app, which is based on the industry the transaction is associated with and the size of the transaction. From here, you can make conscious decisions to avoid purchases that you know are associated with high carbon emissions.

As well as being carbon neutral, you can also create up to 9 mini sub accounts which could come in handy if you like to divide up your spending to help you budget.
