It also offers unlimited credit purchases and BPAY payments without transaction fees.

The rewards program on this card is focused on cashback benefits. It comes with a separate Rewarder card, which you can then use to redeem points for purchases made through an EFTPOS facility. You’ll earn $1 reward dollar for every $150 spent on eligible purchases (equivalent to around 0.66% back) based on the card’s earn rate of 1 point per $1).

You can apply for the Queensland Country Bank Business Visa My Rewards credit card by submitting an appointment request form through the bank's website and including information about your interest in the card. Alternatively, you can call the bank on 1800 075 078 and ask to speak to a representative. To get started, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria and have all the documents and details that are needed for the application.

Eligibility criteria

Business requirements. This card is available for companies, partnerships, incorporated associations, co-operatives and sole traders with an ABN.
Membership. As Queensland Country Bank is a member-owned bank, you will need to fill in a membership application form and subscribe for a share in the bank to be eligible for a credit card and any other accounts.

Required documents

Personal information. This includes your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, contact number and a valid form of ID such as your driver's licence or passport.
Business details. This includes your ABN, business name and contact details. You may also be asked for your accountant's contact details or recent Tax Assessment Notice or Business Activity Statements (BAS) from the Australian Taxation Office.
Financial details. As well as financial information for your business, you will need to include details of your income, assets, debts and liabilities including loans or other credit cards.

Card benefits

Free additional cards. You can get additional cards for business partners or staff, with the option of setting individual spending limits for each one. This could help you keep track of spending across the business and simplify expense claims.
Up to 55 days interest-free on purchases. This card offers up to 55 days interest-free on purchases when you pay the closing balance in full by the due date on each statement.

My Rewards program. This rewards program comes automatically with your Business Visa My Rewards Credit Card, at no extra cost. It earns 1 reward dollar per $150 spent on eligible purchases. This covers most spending on goods and purchases but excludes transactions such as cash advances, balance transfers and bill payments made through BPAY or any other electronic scheme

Rates & fees

Annual fee. The $85 annual fee on this card is competitive with other business credit cards that also offer complimentary additional cardholders.
Interest rate. This card has a variable rate of 13.99% p.a. for purchases and cash advances. Note that cash advances are not eligible for any interest-free days.

Overseas transactions. A fee of 3.65% of the converted amount applies to purchases made overseas or online in a foreign currency.
