How the Finder Score helps you find a better savings account

The Finder Score is a simple score out of 10. The higher a savings account's score, the better we think it is for the average customer.

We score each savings account in our database of hundreds based on a data-driven methodology with 2 main criteria: Does the account offer a high interest rate? And is it easy for savers to actually earn that rate?

I need to access my bank account online and I don’t know my account details . How do I get access to it because my step mother holds my bank card .

      Hi Naomi,

      Thanks for your question.

In this case it’s best to call CommBank directly so they can verify your identity over the phone. You can also let them know about your stepmother holding your debit card so they can issue you a new one and block the other.

      Cheers,
      Shirley

      Hi Jon,

      Thanks for your question.

Unfortunately this is not possible with CBA. All transaction accounts come with a linked Mastercard or Cirrus card.

      Cheers,
      Shirley
