Hi Suzanne, Generally speaking, bank account numbers aren’t transferable – so if you switch to a new Streamline Basic account, the number will be different. As you have to apply in person for this account, CommBank staff will be able to advise on how to effectively make sure any bills automatically paid from the old account are migrated to the new account. Hope this helps.

Hi Steve,

Yes, CommBank Streamline basic account is eligible for PayID registration. While it’s unclear if Osko is also available for this account, the service is available within the CommBank App, NetBank and CommBiz. To confirm if it can be used for this account type, we suggest that you check with Commbank directly.

Thanks,

Alison
