How do I make a claim with RAA?

If an event occurs that will lead to a claim, contact RAA as soon as possible to report the incident. You can do so over the phone or online via the RAA website. Any theft, burglary or malicious damage should be reported to the police immediately, while you should also make sure not to admit any fault or liability. You will need to allow around 10 minutes to report a claim and should have the following information handy: Your policy details The details and contact information of anyone else involved The police report number (if applicable)
