This home loan features competitive rates plus a loyalty bonus rate reduction. Ratebusters does not charge application fees or monthly service fees, but a document preparation fee and legal fee do apply. Other features include:

  • ATM and EFTPOS access
  • Offset account
  • Additional repayments allowed

AFG Pro Pack Home Loan

The AFG Pro Pack Home Loan offers more features than the Ratebusters Ultimate. Fees related to processing the loan such as the application fee, documentation preparation fee, valuation fee and monthly service fee are all waived for this loan. Other features include:

  • A redraw facility
  • Split loan account available (up to four splits)
  • No split loan fee
  • ATM and EFTPOS access
  • Offset account
  • Additional repayments allowed

Ratebusters makes it easy for you to apply for a home loan. It offers reliable phone support services known as “Harry’s Helpdesk” if you have questions regarding Ratebusters products or your loan application. There are multiple ways to apply for a Ratebusters loan:

  • Online application. This option involves filling out an online application form. It can be saved for later retrieval.
  • Offline application forms. If you are more comfortable filling out the application on paper, you can simply download the form and submit it with complete details to Ratebusters.
  • Short form assessment. If you want to find out if you qualify for a loan prior to sending your application, complete the short form assessment on the Ratebusters website.

Personal information

  • Driver’s licence or passport and other forms of identification which satisfy a 100 point ID check.

Property information

  • The purchase price of the property, as well as its location
  • The size of your deposit

Financial information

  • Payslips and information regarding your employment.
  • Information regarding any assets and any debts you hold.
  • Details of your liabilities, such as loans, credit card debt, ongoing expenses etc.
