Offer Summary

Finder is offering a $500 digital gift card to eligible Finder members who submit an application to refinance an Eligible Home Loan with Unloan within the Promotion Period through the Finder Comparison Service (the “Reward”) and settle by 16 May 2026.

This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who meet the eligibility requirements. The Promotion Period begins at 14 January 2026 and ends at 16 February 2026 unless amended.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

Eligible Home Loan: A home loan being refinanced by Unloan for either an owner-occupied or investment purpose on a principal and interest (P&I) repayment basis.

Settle: The date on which funds for the Eligible Home Loan are disbursed, marking the official settlement of the loan.

1. Overview

The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 50 149 012 653) (“Finder”) of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services and products through its website at www.finder.com.au (the “Finder Comparison Service”).

The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder’s supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) (“Blackhawk”) (together, the “Fulfilment Partner”).

Blackhawk’s terms and conditions and Finder’s privacy policy also apply.

If you decide to apply and settle with Unloan, please refer to Unloan’s terms and conditions and privacy policy before making any decisions. Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Unloan’s product or offering.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Be an Australian resident and aged 18 years or over at the date of submitting a home loan application.
• Be a registered Finder member or create a Finder account prior to applying and settling on a new home loan.
• While logged into your Finder account, click on the unique promotion link to access Unloan’s page and submit an application for an Eligible Home Loan in the same session during the Promotion Period.
• Settle a loan associated with an Eligible Home Loan application by 16 May 2026.
• Use the same first name, last name and email address when comparing on Finder and transacting with Unloan.

Other eligibility conditions may apply, including but not limited to:

• Limited to 1 Reward per Finder member.
• Limited to 1 Reward per Eligible Home Loan.

3. Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• The application is not for an Eligible Home Loan.
• You do not use the unique promotion link while logged into your Finder account to apply for a new home loan with Unloan.
• You settle after 16 May 2026.
• Your personal details (first name, last name, email) do not match between Finder and Unloan.
• You are a current Unloan customer.
• You redeem another similar Unloan promotion or cashback offer.
• You are an Unloan employee or eligible for staff discounts.

Additional ineligibility conditions will apply, including:

• Cancelled, refunded, or returned transactions.
• Use of VPNs or ad blockers during purchase.
• Purchases made through other cashback or rewards websites.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated.
• Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase.
• Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on Finder’s site.

4. Reward Amounts

The maximum Reward Amount that an eligible customer may claim is AUD $500.

5. Fulfilment and Tracking

• Eligibility check and Reward will be issued on or by 16 June 2026.
• Rewards will be distributed via email by Blackhawk.
• Rewards must be activated by the date specified in your email (typically within 3 months of issue) and will remain valid for at least 36 months after activation.

To ensure your transaction is tracked:

• Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link.
• Apply for a new home loan during the Promotion Period.
• Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
• Avoid using private browsing or switching devices/browsers mid-session.
• Do not click through from another rewards or cashback site.

6. General Conditions

• Finder reserves the right to vary, amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical or fulfilment errors.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

7. Privacy

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfillment partners, service providers, and Unloan for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility.
• Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
• All entries and participant data become the property of Finder and will be managed in accordance with Finder’s Privacy Policy.

8. Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse Unloan or its products. You are responsible for reviewing all relevant terms, PDS, TMD, fees and credit and eligibility criteria available on Unloan’s website to ensure that the product is suitable for you.
• All applications for credit are subject to Unloan’s credit approval criteria. Terms and conditions, fees and charges, and other eligibility criteria apply.
• Finder may receive payment if you proceed with the transaction via the Finder Comparison Service.
• This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

The Activ™ Gift Card ('Card') is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 ('Heritage') pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 ('Blackhawk') is Heritage's program manager for the Card. Blackhawk and Heritage are not associated with this promotion. All eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole. The Activ Visa card has a 3-year expiry from the issue date.
