Finder Rewards AGL Oct 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Finder is offering digital gift cards to eligible customers who purchase participating NBN and/or mobile products through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward").

The NBN and Mobile promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026. The promotion is available while visible on the Finder Comparison Service, unless withdrawn earlier ("Promotion Period").

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

• The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
• Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services, products and plans through its website at www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
• Finder is a comparison service and does not supply, issue, or administer the participating NBN or mobile products. The relevant product provider is solely responsible for pricing, supply, billing, network performance, service delivery and the terms of the relevant product.
• The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk") (together, the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's Privacy Policy also apply to this promotion.
• If you decide to proceed with a participating product provider, you should review the provider's terms and conditions, pricing, fees, privacy policy and other applicable product information before making any decision.
• This promotion is only available through the Finder Comparison Service.

2. Eligible Rewards

Eligible customers can earn rewards across participating NBN and Mobile products, subject to the maximum total Reward of $100 per eligible customer.

3. NBN and Mobile Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Be a registered Finder member or create a Finder account prior to commencing the rewards journey, and remain a member until the Reward is fulfilled.
• Complete a comparison using the Finder Comparison Service.
• Click on the unique promotion link and complete the eligible transaction in the same session.
• Purchase an eligible participating NBN or Mobile product between 1 October 2026 and 31 October 2026.
• Have your eligible Mobile service activated or eligible NBN plan successfully connected within 45 days of purchase, and keep the service active until the Reward is ready to claim.
• Reside in Australia.
• Meet any additional eligibility or payment requirements specified by the relevant product provider.

A Finder member may receive up to one Reward per eligible product purchase, subject to a maximum total Reward of $100 per eligible customer across all eligible NBN and Mobile products.

4. Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• You do not use the unique promotion link to complete your eligible purchase or sign-up.
• You complete the transaction outside the applicable Promotion Period.
• You do not satisfy the applicable activation, connection or service requirements.
• Your eligible service or account is cancelled, transferred, suspended, disconnected or otherwise ceases to meet the eligibility requirements before the applicable eligibility assessment.
• Your account is not active and in good standing at the time of eligibility assessment.
• You are an existing or recent customer and do not satisfy the applicable new-customer or product-type eligibility requirements.
• You redeem another similar promotion or cashback offer where prohibited by the applicable offer.
• You are an employee of the relevant product provider or are otherwise excluded from participating in the offer.
• You engage in fraudulent, misleading, abusive or suspicious activity.

5. Fulfilment and Tracking

Your Reward will be made available to claim on or before 29 January 2027, subject to you satisfying all applicable eligibility conditions. The Reward will be made available through your Finder Rewards dashboard, and Finder will notify you by email when your Reward is available to claim.

To ensure your transaction is tracked:

• Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link.
• Complete your purchase or application within the applicable tracking session.
• Do not switch devices or browsers during the application process.
• Avoid using private browsing.
• Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
• Do not click through from another rewards or cashback website.

Reward tracking may rely on status updates provided by the relevant product provider. Finder recommends keeping your eligible service active and your account in good standing until your Reward has been made available to claim.

6. Reward Delivery and Claim

Making the Reward Available

Once you have satisfied the applicable eligibility conditions, the Reward will be made available to claim through your Finder Rewards dashboard. Finder will notify you by email when the Reward is available to claim.

Claim Window

You must claim the Reward through your Finder Rewards dashboard within six (6) months of the date the Reward is made available. Finder will send at least one reminder during the Claim Window before the Reward is forfeited.

Discharge on Claim

When you claim the Reward through your Finder Rewards dashboard, Finder or Finder's designated supplier will transmit the Reward, whether a digital gift card code or other reward mechanism, to your registered email address or mobile telephone number. Finder's obligations under this promotion are discharged in full upon such transmission.

Failure to Claim

If you do not claim the Reward within the six-month Claim Window, the Reward is forfeited and Finder's obligation to provide the Reward is deemed satisfied and released. Finder is not obliged to make the Reward available again or to reissue the Reward.

Third-Party Terms After Transmission

Activation, redemption, replacement and use of the Reward following transmission are governed by the Reward terms and the terms of Finder's designated supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd, available at https://blackhawknetwork.com/au-en/terms-use. Finder is not responsible for any failure by the customer to activate or redeem the Reward within the timeframes specified by the reward issuer, and Finder is not obliged to reissue any expired, lapsed or unactivated Reward.

7. Reward Conditions

• Eligibility is conditional upon meeting all applicable requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
• Only one Reward is available per eligible customer per eligible product purchase, subject to the maximum total Reward of $100 per eligible customer.
• Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Finder reserves the right to withhold a Reward where eligibility conditions are not satisfied.

8. General Conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these Terms and Conditions.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical, tracking or fulfilment errors.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9. Privacy

• Finder may collect and share personal information with participating product providers and fulfilment partners for the purposes of administering this promotion.
• Personal information may also be used for research, analytics and marketing purposes where permitted, unless you have opted out.
• All personal information is handled in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

10. Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse any particular NBN or Mobile provider or product.
• Customers should review all pricing, fees, usage charges, contract terms and other applicable conditions before signing up.
• Finder may receive a commission if you sign up through the Finder Comparison Service.
• These promotions cannot be combined with other Finder promotions unless explicitly stated.
