If you are a Finder Member who has already opted in to receive a Finder Reward, you can earn an additional digital Visa gift card by sharing your unique referral link with friends and family—so once they receive their own Finder Reward using your link, you'll get rewarded too.

• What is the Finder Rewards Refer a Friend program?

  If you're an eligible Finder member — meaning you've already clicked on an active Finder Reward — you can earn an additional referral reward for every friend you refer who successfully signs up and purchases an eligible product through your unique link.

• Which products are eligible for a referral bonus?

  All active Finder Rewards are currently eligible for the refer a friend program. Check the Finder Rewards page to see what's available.

• Can I combine this referral bonus with other offers?

  Yes, you can absolutely stack your Finder Refer a friend bonus with any Finder Reward and with any financial institution sign-up offers (unless otherwise stated). This means that by signing up through Finder, you can potentially earn at three levels:

  • The bank or institutional sign-up bonus (e.g. $400 for opening a new account)
  • Our exclusive high-value Finder Reward (e.g. a $150 digital Visa gift card)
  • The Refer a friend bonus (e.g. an additional $25 digital Visa gift card)

• Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

  No — you can receive a referral reward for each successful referral. There is currently no stated limit, provided each friend is a unique individual.

• Does my friend get a reward too?

  Yes. Your friend receives the standard Finder Reward for the product they opt in to. By using your link, they're participating in that product's promotion while also helping you earn your referral bonus.

• How is the referral bonus delivered?

  All rewards are sent via email by Blackhawk as a digital Visa gift card. You'll need to activate your card within 12 months of receiving the email.

• When will I receive my referral reward?

  Your referral reward is processed at the same time as your friend's product reward — once they pass their eligibility check, as outlined in the specific reward T&Cs, you'll both receive the reward on or before the fulfillment date.

• What if my friend forgets to use my link?

  For a referral to be successful, the reward completion must be tracked through your unique link. If a friend opts in for a reward directly on Finder's site without using your link, accounts cannot be manually linked afterwards.

• Are there any restrictions on the referral program?

  Yes — you cannot refer yourself using a different email address. The program is only open to Australian residents. Conduct designed to undermine the promotion is prohibited and may result in rewards being withheld or revoked.

• What do I do if I don't receive my reward?

  If you believe you're eligible and haven't received your referral reward within 90 days after eligibility checks are completed, contact Finder's customer service using the email you used to sign up for your Finder Membership account.
