Finder Rewards “Refer a friend” Reward Promotion

• Hive Empire Pty Ltd (trading as finder.com.au) ("Finder") is offering Rewards to Finder Members who purchase an Eligible Product through the Finder Comparison Service ("Finder Site"). The terms and conditions and eligibility criteria for each Reward is contained in the relevant Eligible Product terms and conditions on the Finder Site ("Reward T&Cs")
• Finder is offering a Refer a Friend Reward ("RAF Reward") to Finder Members (each an "Eligible Member") who refer friends or family to purchase an Eligible Product. These terms and conditions cover the RAF Reward Promotion. An Eligible Member does not need to have purchased an Eligible Product or received a Reward themselves to qualify for a RAF Reward.
• An Eligible Member can receive a RAF Reward for each successful referral (each a "Referred Member") who:
  • either signs up as a Finder Member or is already a Finder Member;
  • Clicks on an Eligible Product using the unique Referral Link provided to the Eligible Member by Finder; and
  • The RAF Reward will only be issued to the Eligible Member after the Referred Member has successfully opted into the relevant Reward and met all eligibility criteria outlined in the Reward T&Cs for the Eligible Product.

  By taking part in this promotion, the Eligible Member and the Referred Member agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Reward T&Cs for the Eligible Product and privacy policy.

  The RAF Reward promotion will run for the promotion period advertised on the Finder Site and may be amended by Finder at any time.

  The Eligible Products and RAF Reward are set out in the table below:

Finder may update or amend the above table of Eligible Products and RAF Rewards from time to time.

The RAF Reward will only be issued to the Eligible Member after the Referred Member has successfully opted into the relevant Reward and met all eligibility criteria outlined in the Reward T&Cs for the Eligible Product. All referrals will be assessed on the same eligibility check date as the Referred Member's Reward under the Reward T&Cs, and the Eligible Member will qualify for the RAF Reward provided the Referred Member meets the criteria on this date.

RAF Rewards will be issued electronically as a digital eGift Card in line with the fulfillment timing of the Reward under the Reward T&Cs for the relevant Eligible Product. Finder reserves the right to withhold or revoke the RAF Reward if the Referred Member fails to meet the Reward eligibility.

RAF Rewards will be distributed via email by Blackhawk. See further details below.

Only one Finder Member account can be opened by either the Eligible Member or Referred Member, and the Eligible Member cannot refer themselves as a Referred Member, for example by using a different email address.

Failure to use the Referral Link according to these Terms and Conditions or not in line with the intent of the Promotion, including but not limited to any conduct on your part which is designed to undermine the intended operation of the Promotion, is prohibited and may constitute fraud.

A Referral will not be accepted if the Referral Link is incomplete, invalid or does not otherwise match our records.

The Referred Member acknowledges that the Eligible Member may be aware that the Referred Member has purchased the Eligible Product using the Referral Link when they receive the RAF Reward.

If we become aware, or have reason to suspect, that you are fraudulently misusing the Referral Link and/or have breached these Terms and Condition, you will become ineligible to receive any RAF Reward, and, where we have already provided you with a RAF Reward, you agree to refund us any amount already paid to you by us.

We reserve the right to validate the eligibility of any Referral, and may, at our sole discretion, determine any Referral to be ineligible.

This Promotion is open to residents of Australia only. Finder may verify if either the Eligible Member or the Referred Member is eligible for this promotion in its sole discretion.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.

This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

The Activ™ Gift Card ('Card') is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 ('Heritage') pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 ('Blackhawk') is Heritage's program manager for the Card. Blackhawk and Heritage are not associated with this promotion. All eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. Please note, the code cannot be re-issued or redeemed post the expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole. The Activ Visa card has a 3-year expiry from the issue date.
