Finder Rewards HBF Health Insurance Switching Promotion (“Promotion”) March 2026

Finder is offering up to a $500 digital Visa card to eligible customers who switch their health insurance to HBF through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward").

Eligible Rewards are as follows:

  • $500 digital Visa card when you purchase an eligible combined Hospital and Extras policy in one transaction.
  • $250 digital Visa card when you purchase an eligible Hospital Only policy.
  • $150 digital Visa card when you purchase an eligible Extras Only policy.

This promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over, and starts at 11 March 2026 and ends 15 April 2026, unless withdrawn earlier ("Promotion Period").

The offer is available to customers who click through on the offer on the Finder website and sign up to an eligible HBF policy through the Finder Comparison Service in the same session. Further eligibility details below.

Overview

  1. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and switch health insurance policies through its website at https://www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
  2. The digital Visa cards available under this Promotion are provided and distributed by Finder’s supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd ("Blackhawk") (together the "Fulfilment"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also applies to this promotion.
  3. If you decide to switch your health insurance policy to HBF using Finder’s Comparison Service, please refer to HBF’s terms and conditions and privacy policy before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are separate to and do not form part of HBF’s terms and conditions. For clarity, Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under HBF’s health insurance policies. You must contact HBF directly for more information.
  4. Information on how to participate in the Promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (each an "Entrant").

    Rewards:

    • $500 Reward: Any eligible Hospital cover + any eligible Extras cover purchased together in the same transaction.
    • $250 Reward: Any eligible Hospital cover purchased on its own.
    • $150 Reward: Any eligible Extras cover purchased on its own.

    Important: Only one reward can be claimed per eligible policy purchased. Hospital and Extras must be purchased together to qualify for the $500 Reward.

  • To be eligible for the Offer:
    • Create a Finder member account if you are not already a Finder member.
    • Complete a health insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service.
    • Click on the unique promotion link on the Finder Comparison Service.
    • Sign up for an Eligible Cover via the HBF website after 12:01am AEDT on 11 March 2026 and before 11:59pm AEST on 15 April 2026.
    • The Eligible Cover must have a policy commencement (start) date within the Promotion Period.
    • Maintain Eligible Cover until the Reward is fulfilled.
    • Be a new HBF policyholder or have not held an HBF policy (hospital and/or extras, including urgent ambulance) in the last 60 days (excluding dependents coming off a family policy).
    • Pay premiums monthly or fortnightly via direct debit and ensure payments are up to date at the time of the Fulfilment Eligibility Check.
    • Provide the email address used to obtain the health insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service and to purchase the Eligible Cover on the HBF website.
    • Only one Reward may be claimed per Eligible Cover purchased and meeting the eligibility criteria.

    • Reward does not apply to:

    • Customers who:
      • are not a Finder member.
      • sign for and start an Eligible Cover outside the Promotion Period.
      • sign up and start an Eligible Cover without using the unique promotion link on the Finder Comparison Service.
    • Current HBF policyholders (excluding dependents coming off a family policy)
    • Members who pay premiums quarterly, half-yearly, or annually
    • HBF employees and their immediate family members eligible for HBF staff discounts
    • Customers who have redeemed an HBF promotional or save offer, or corporate discount, in the last 12 months
    • Any other offer or discount, except for the HBF new joiner offer. Reward cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer
    • Customers whose first name, last name and email address do not match exactly in the health insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service and the purchase transaction on HBF's website
    • Members who join on a corporate policy eligible for a corporate discount
    • Members who join via a third-party broker or aggregator (excluding Finder)
  • The Fulfilment Eligibility Check will be conducted on or before: 15 July 2026
  • Fulfilment of the Reward will be made on or before: 14 August 2026
  • The Reward is only applicable to customers who meet the eligibility criteria. Customers who do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be entitled to receive the Reward.
