Finder Rewards Offer for Unloan - Terms and Conditions

Offer Summary

Finder is offering a $1000 digital gift card to eligible Finder members who refinance an eligible Home Loan with Unloan through the Finder Comparison Service during the Promotion Period (“Reward”).

This Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who meet the eligibility criteria and who settle their refinanced home loan by 30 November 2026 11:59pm AEDT. The Promotion Period runs from 1 September 2026 4:00pm AEST to 29 October 2026 3:59pm AEDT, unless amended.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

Eligible Home Loan: A home loan being refinanced by Unloan for either an owner-occupied or investment purpose on a principal and interest (P&I) repayment basis.

Settle: The date on which funds for the eligible Home Loan are disbursed, marking the official settlement of the loan.

1. Overview

The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 18 118 785 121) (“Finder”) of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services and products through its website at www.finder.com.au (the “Finder Comparison Service”).

The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder’s supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) (“Blackhawk”) (together, the “Fulfilment Partner”).

Blackhawk’s terms and conditions and Finder’s privacy policy also apply.

If you decide to apply and settle with Unloan, please refer to Unloan’s terms and conditions and privacy policy before making any decisions. Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Unloan’s product or offering.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Be an Australian resident and aged 18 years or over at the date of submitting a refinance application for an Eligible Home Loan.
• Be a registered Finder member or create a Finder account prior to applying and settling on a refinanced Home Loan with Unloan.
• While logged into your Finder account, click on the unique promotion link to access Unloan’s page and submit a refinance application for an Eligible Home Loan in the same session during the Promotion Period.
• Settle a loan associated with an Eligible Home Loan refinance application by 30 November 2026 11:59pm AEDT.
• Use the same email address when comparing on Finder and transacting with Unloan.

Other eligibility conditions may apply, including but not limited to:

• Limited to 1 Reward per Finder member.
• Limited to 1 Reward per Eligible Home Loan refinance.

3. Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• The application is not for an Eligible Home Loan.
• You do not use the unique promotion link while logged into your Finder account to apply for a home loan with Unloan.
• You settle after 30 November 2026 11:59pm AEDT.
• Your email does not match between Finder and Unloan.
• You redeem another similar Unloan promotion or cashback offer.
• You are an Unloan employee or eligible for staff discounts.

Additional ineligibility conditions will apply, including:

• Cancelled, refunded, or returned transactions.
• Use of VPNs or ad blockers during purchase.
• Purchases made through other cashback or rewards websites.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated.
• Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase.
• Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on Finder’s site.

4. Reward Amounts

The maximum Reward Amount that an eligible customer may claim is AUD $1000.

5. Fulfilment and Tracking

• Eligibility checks will be completed and Rewards will be made available to claim on or by 18 December 2026 11:59pm AEDT.
• Finder will notify eligible customers by email when the Reward is available to claim through their Finder Rewards dashboard.

To ensure your transaction is tracked:

• Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link.
• Apply for a home loan during the Promotion Period (1 September 2026 4:00pm AEST to 29 October 2026 3:59pm AEDT).
• Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
• Avoid using private browsing or switching devices/browsers mid-session.
• Do not click through from another rewards or cashback site.

6. Reward Delivery and Claim

Making the Reward Available

Once you have satisfied the applicable eligibility conditions, the Reward will be made available to claim through your Finder Rewards dashboard on or by 18 December 2026 11:59pm AEDT. Finder will notify you by email when the Reward is available to claim.

Claim Window

You must claim the Reward through your Finder Rewards dashboard within six (6) months of the date the Reward is made available. Finder will send at least one reminder during the Claim Window before the Reward is forfeited.

Discharge on Claim

When you claim the Reward through your Finder Rewards dashboard, Finder or Finder's designated supplier will transmit the Reward, whether a digital gift card code or other reward mechanism, to your registered email address or mobile telephone number. Finder's obligations under this promotion are discharged in full upon such transmission.

Failure to Claim

If you do not claim the Reward within the six-month Claim Window, the Reward is forfeited and Finder's obligation to provide the Reward is deemed satisfied and released. Finder is not obliged to make the Reward available again or to reissue the Reward.

Third-Party Terms After Transmission

Activation, redemption, replacement and use of the Reward following transmission are governed by the Reward terms and the terms of Finder's designated supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd, available at https://blackhawknetwork.com/au-en/terms-use. Finder is not responsible for any failure by the customer to activate or redeem the Reward within the timeframes specified by the reward issuer, and Finder is not obliged to reissue any expired, lapsed or unactivated Reward.

7. Reward Conditions

• Eligibility is conditional upon meeting all applicable requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
• Only one Reward is available per eligible customer per eligible Home Loan refinance, subject to the maximum total Reward of $1000 per eligible customer.
• Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Finder reserves the right to withhold a Reward where eligibility conditions are not satisfied.

8. General Conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these Terms and Conditions.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical, tracking or fulfilment errors.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9. Privacy

• Finder may collect and share personal information with participating product providers and fulfilment partners for the purposes of administering this promotion.
• Personal information may also be used for research, analytics and marketing purposes where permitted, unless you have opted out.
• All personal information is handled in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

10. Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse Unloan or its products. You are responsible for reviewing all relevant terms, PDS, TMD, fees, and credit and eligibility criteria available on Unloan’s website to ensure that the product is suitable for you.
• All applications for credit are subject to Unloan’s credit approval criteria. Terms and conditions, fees and charges, and other eligibility criteria apply.
• Finder may receive payment if you proceed with the transaction via the Finder Comparison Service.
• This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• The Activ™ Gift Card is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 under licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty Ltd administers the program. Full terms are available at https://activgiftcard.com.au/terms/.

Once the Reward has been claimed through the Finder Rewards dashboard, eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole. The Activ Visa card has a 3-year expiry from the issue date.
