Finder Rewards Medibank Pet Insurance Switching Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Finder is offering a $125 digital Visa card to eligible customers who purchase an eligible Medibank Pet Insurance policy through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward").

This promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over, and starts on 15th May 2026 and ends on 30th June 2026 ("Promotion Period").

The offer is only available to customers who sign up to an eligible Medibank Pet Insurance policy through the Finder Comparison Service by clicking through the Finder promotional banner and completing the purchase online during the Promotion Period.

Overview

The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and purchase pet insurance policies through its website at http://www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").

The $125 digital Visa card available under this Promotion is provided and distributed by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd ("Blackhawk") (together the "Fulfilment"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also apply to this Promotion.

If you decide to purchase a Medibank Pet Insurance policy using the Finder Comparison Service, please refer to Medibank Pet Insurance's terms and conditions and privacy policy before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are separate to and do not form part of Medibank Pet Insurance’s policy terms and conditions. For clarity, Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Medibank Pet Insurance policies. You must contact Medibank Pet Insurance directly for more information.

Information on how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (each an "Entrant").

Promotion Eligibility

Note: The Reward is limited to the first 220 total Eligible Policy sales made through the Finder Comparison Service during the Promotion Period. Once 220 sales are reached, no further Rewards will be issued.

Eligible Policies:

The Reward is available to customers who purchase an eligible Medibank Pet Insurance policy for a cat or dog through the Finder Comparison Service by clicking through the Finder promotional banner and completing the purchase online during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Policy").

To be eligible for the Offer:

• Create a Finder member account if you are not already a Finder member.
• Complete a pet insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service, click through the Finder promotional banner, and purchase and start cover for an Eligible Policy online during the Promotion Period between 15th May 2026 and 30th June 2026.
• Start cover during the Promotion Period and keep the policy active until the Reward is fulfilled.
• Must be a new Medibank Pet Insurance policyholder.
• Must continue to hold the same eligible Medibank Pet Insurance policy for 6 months from the policy purchase date.
• Must own an eligible cat or dog and provide evidence to the insurer, PetSure (Australia) Pty Ltd.
• Have Australian residency.
• Pay premiums via an accepted payment method and ensure payments are up to date at the time of the Eligibility Check.
• Provide the email address used to obtain the pet insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service and to purchase the Eligible Policy.
• Customer's first name, last name and email address must match exactly in the pet insurance quote on the Finder Comparison Service and the purchase transaction.
• Only one Reward is available per Eligible Policy purchased.
• A maximum of one Reward per household can be claimed.

The Reward does not apply to:

• Customers who are not a Finder member.
• Customers who purchase an Eligible Policy outside the Promotion Period.
• Customers who cancel, suspend, downgrade or change their Eligible Policy before Reward fulfilment on or before 15 January 2027 may forfeit their Reward.
• Not available to Medibank employees.
• Pets currently insured with Medibank Pet Insurance are not eligible.
• Customer details that do not exactly match between the Finder quote and the Eligible Policy purchase.
• Eligible Policies purchased via phone or any channel other than the Finder promotional banner.
• Claims for multiple Visa Gift Card rewards for the same policy, pet or household.

Eligibility Check Date: 7 December 2026

Fulfilment of the Reward will be made on or before: 15th January 2027.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, add to, or end this Reward, along with its terms and conditions, at any time without notice. Changes made will be effective immediately and will be reflected in the Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify your eligibility and to disqualify you from participating in the Promotion if you are deemed to be ineligible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

Any cost associated with participating in the Promotion is your sole responsibility.
