Finder Rewards AGL Business – Oct 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Finder is offering eligible customers digital Visa gift cards when they sign up online for participating AGL Business electricity and/or gas plans through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward"). The AGL Business Multi-property plan is excluded from this promotion because sign-ups require a phone call to complete the sale and cannot currently be tracked by Finder.

The AGL Business Energy promotion runs from 20 October 2026 to 30 November 2026, unless withdrawn earlier. The promotion is available while displayed on the Finder Comparison Service ("Promotion Period").

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

• The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
• Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up for services, products and plans through its website at www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
• Finder is a comparison service and does not supply, issue or administer AGL Business electricity or gas products. AGL is responsible for pricing, supply, billing, service delivery and the terms of the relevant energy plan.
• The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's Privacy Policy also apply to this promotion.
• If you decide to proceed with AGL, you should review the provider's terms and conditions, pricing, fees, privacy policy and other applicable product information before signing up.
• This promotion is only available through the Finder Comparison Service using the unique Finder promotion link. Eligible applications must be completed online and be trackable by Finder.

2. Eligible Rewards

Eligible customers can receive a $150 digital Visa gift card for an eligible AGL Business electricity plan and a $150 digital Visa gift card for an eligible AGL Business gas plan.

Customers who qualify for both eligible products can receive up to $300 in total Rewards per eligible customer, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The AGL Business Multi-property plan is not eligible for this promotion. The plan requires customers to contact AGL by phone to complete the sale, and these transactions cannot currently be tracked by Finder.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Reward, you must:

• Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over.
• Be a registered Finder member or create a Finder account before commencing the rewards journey, and remain a member until the Reward is fulfilled.
• Complete an energy comparison using the Finder Comparison Service.
• Click through using the unique Finder promotion link and complete your application online in the same browsing session.
• Sign up online for an eligible AGL Business electricity and/or gas plan between 20 October 2026 and 30 November 2026.
• Ensure your application and sign-up can be tracked and verified by Finder.
• Not sign up for the excluded AGL Business Multi-property plan.
• Have your eligible energy plan successfully connected by 31 December 2026.
• Meet the new-customer requirements for the relevant energy type, including not having held an AGL Business account for the same energy type within the previous 60 days.
• Keep your eligible plan active and your account in good standing until the Reward is ready to claim.
• Remain up to date with all required payments at the time eligibility is assessed.

4. Eligible Products

The promotion applies only to eligible AGL Business electricity and gas plans that can be signed up for online through the Finder Comparison Service during the Promotion Period using the unique Finder promotion link.

The AGL Business Multi-property plan is not eligible for this promotion. Applications for this plan require customers to contact AGL by phone to complete the sale. These transactions cannot currently be tracked through Finder, so they do not qualify for a Reward.

To qualify, you must complete your application online through the Finder Comparison Service in the same browsing session after clicking the unique Finder promotion link. Sign-ups completed by phone or through another channel that cannot be tracked by Finder are not eligible.

The electricity and gas rewards are assessed separately. If you sign up online for both eligible products and satisfy all applicable requirements for each, you may receive up to $300 in total Rewards.

5. Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• You sign up for the AGL Business Multi-property plan, which is excluded from this promotion.
• You complete your application by phone or through another channel that prevents Finder from tracking and verifying your eligible sign-up.
• You do not use the unique Finder promotion link to complete your eligible sign-up.
• You complete your application outside the applicable Promotion Period.
• Your eligible energy plan is not successfully connected by 31 December 2026.
• You do not satisfy the applicable new-customer requirements for the relevant energy type.
• Your eligible energy plan or account is cancelled, transferred, suspended, disconnected or otherwise ceases to meet the eligibility requirements before the Reward is ready to claim.
• Your account is not active and in good standing when eligibility is assessed.
• You are not up to date with required payments at the time eligibility is assessed.
• You engage in fraudulent, misleading, abusive or suspicious activity.
• You redeem another similar promotion where prohibited by the applicable offer terms.
• You are an employee of the relevant product provider or are otherwise excluded from participating in the promotion.

6. Fulfilment and Tracking

Your Reward will be available to claim on or before 22 March 2027, subject to you satisfying all applicable eligibility conditions. The Reward will be made available through your Finder Rewards dashboard, and Finder will notify you by email when it is ready to claim.

Only online applications completed through the Finder Comparison Service using the unique Finder promotion link are eligible. Plans that require a phone call to complete the sale, including the AGL Business Multi-property plan, are excluded because the transaction cannot currently be tracked by Finder.

To help ensure your transaction is tracked:

• Click through from Finder using the unique promotion link.
• Complete your application online within the applicable tracking session.
• Avoid switching devices or browsers during the application process.
• Avoid using private browsing.
• Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers where necessary for tracking.
• Do not click through from another rewards or cashback website during the sign-up process.

Reward tracking may rely on status updates provided by the relevant product provider. You should keep your eligible energy plan active and your account in good standing until your Reward is available to claim.

7. Reward Delivery and Claim

Making the Reward Available

Once you have satisfied the applicable eligibility conditions, the Reward will be made available to claim through your Finder Rewards dashboard. Finder will notify you by email when the Reward is available to claim, on or before 22 March 2027.

Claim Window

You must claim the Reward through your Finder Rewards dashboard within six (6) months of the date the Reward is made available. Any applicable reminders will be provided in accordance with the promotion terms.

Delivery of the Reward

Once you claim the Reward through your Finder Rewards dashboard, the digital Visa gift card will be sent to your registered email address, subject to the applicable reward issuer's terms and conditions.

Failure to Claim

If you do not claim the Reward within the applicable six-month claim window, the Reward may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Third-Party Terms After Delivery

Activation, redemption, replacement and use of the Reward following delivery are governed by the terms of the reward issuer and Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd. Finder is not responsible for any failure to activate or redeem the Reward within the timeframe specified by the reward issuer.

8. Reward Conditions

• Eligibility is conditional upon meeting all applicable requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
• A maximum of one Reward is available for each eligible product, subject to a maximum total Reward of $300 per eligible customer.
• Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Finder reserves the right to withhold a Reward where eligibility conditions are not satisfied.

9. General Conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion, subject to applicable law.
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these Terms and Conditions.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical, tracking or fulfilment errors.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Privacy

• Finder may collect and share personal information with AGL and fulfilment partners for the purposes of administering this promotion.
• Personal information may also be used for research, analytics and marketing purposes where permitted by law and subject to applicable preferences.
• All personal information is handled in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

11. Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse any particular energy provider or product.
• Customers should review all pricing, fees, usage charges, contract terms and other applicable conditions before signing up.
• Finder may receive a commission if you sign up through the Finder Comparison Service.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other Finder promotions unless explicitly stated.
