Finder Rewards Southern Phone SIM-only Mobile and nbn Broadband Promotion May 2026

Finder is offering a $75 digital gift card to eligible customers who purchase a participating Southern Phone (Southern Phone Company Limited (ABN:42 100 901 184) SIM-only mobile or nbn® Broadband plan through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward").

The Promotion Period begins cc May 2026 and ends on 31 May 2026, unless withdrawn earlier. This Promotion is available while it remains visible on the Finder Comparison Service.

Terms & Conditions

Overview

• The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services and products through its website www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
• The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder’s supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk") (together, the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also apply to this promotion.
• If you decide to proceed with Southern Phone, please refer to Southern Phone's terms and conditions and privacy policy before making any decisions. Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Southern Phone's product or offering.
• This promotion is only available via Finder.

Eligibility

• To qualify for the Reward, you must:
  • Be aged 18 years or over
  • Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account after claiming the Reward, and remain a member until the Reward is fulfilled
  • Complete a comparison using the Finder Comparison Service
  • Click on the unique promotion link and complete the eligible transaction via Finder in the same session
  • Sign up to an eligible Southern Phone SIM-only mobile or nbn® Broadband plan during the Promotion Period through the unique promotion link, using the same email address on you Finer account and you Southern Phone account
  • For SIM-only mobile plans, activate your SIM within 28 days of purchase
  • Remain an active Southern Phone customer for a minimum of 45 days after the Promotion Period ends (i.e. until 15 July 2026)
• Participating products include:
  • All Southern Phone SIM-only mobile plans available via Finder
  • All Southern Phone nbn® Broadband plans available via Finder
• Other eligibility conditions may also apply, including but not limited to:
  • Residing in Australia
  • Limited to 1 Reward per Finder member

Ineligibility

• The Reward will not be issued if:
  • You do not use the unique promotion link to complete your purchase via Finder
  • You complete the transaction outside the Promotion Period
  • For SIM-only mobile plans if you do not activate your SIM within 28 days of purchase
  • You cancel or fail to remain active on the plan for at least 45 days after the Promotion Period ends
  • Your email address does not match between Finder and Southern Phone

Offer Combinations

• This Finder Reward may be used in conjunction with Southern Phone promotional offers, including bill credit offers, unless otherwise stated in Southern Phone promotional terms and conditions.
• Customer who sign up to both a Southern Phone SIM-only mobile plan and a Southern Phone nbn broadband plan via Finder will be eligible for two $75 digital gift cards.
• If you are redeeming both the SIM-only and nbn® rewards, you must start each Finder Rewards journey separately by clicking through the relevant Finder Rewards promotional banner for each eligible product transaction.

Fulfilment and tracking

• Final eligibility requires customers to remain active until 15 July 2026.
• If you are deemed eligible, your Reward will be issued within 30 days of meeting the eligibility criteria, after 14 August 2026. Rewards will be distributed via email by Blackhawk.
• To ensure your transaction is tracked:
  • Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link
  • Complete your purchase within 3 hours of clicking
  • Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers
  • Avoid using private browsing or switching devices/browsers mid-session
  • Do not click through from another rewards or cashback site

General conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder and Southern Phone are not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical or fulfilment errors
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia

Privacy

• Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfilment partners, service providers, and Southern Phone for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility
• Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out
• All entries and participant data become the property of Finder and will be managed in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy

• Finder does not recommend or endorse Southern Phone or its products. You are responsible for reviewing all relevant terms, fees and eligibility criteria
• Finder may receive a commission if you proceed with the transaction via the Finder Comparison Service
• This promotion may be combined with Southern Phone bill credit offers unless otherwise stated in Southern Phone terms and conditions. It may not be combined with any other third-party promotions
• The Activ™ Gift Card ('Card') is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 ('Heritage') pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 ('Blackhawk') is Heritage's program manager for the Card. Blackhawk and Heritage are not associated with this promotion. • All eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. The code cannot be re-issued or redeemed post the expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole. The Activ Visa card has a 3-year expiry from the issue date
• Southern Phone does not run, administer, fund, issue, fulfil or distribute the Reward, and is not responsible for the Activ™ Gift Card, including its issuance, delivery, activation, expiry, value, redemption, replacement, technical functionality, or any terms, fees or conditions imposed by Heritage Bank, Visa or Blackhawk in connection with the Card.
