Finder Rewards IG Markets Cryptocurrency Promotion (“Promotion”)

Finder is offering a $100 digital Visa gift card to eligible new customers who open an IG Markets account through the Finder Comparison Service and complete an eligible cryptocurrency trade of at least AUD $250 (inclusive of fees) in a single buy order within 30 days ("Reward").

IMPORTANT: This Promotion is strictly for CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING ONLY via IG Markets. No other asset classes or trading products are eligible.

This Promotion will run from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 (or may end earlier if the promotional limit is reached) and may be amended or withdrawn by Finder at any time.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

1. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of
   Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability
   to compare and sign up to IG Markets through its website
   www.finder.com.au
   ("Finder Comparison Service").
2. The Reward is payable through a digital Visa Gift Card distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier,
   Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk")
   (together, the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's
   privacy policy also apply to this promotion.
3. If you decide to sign up to IG Markets using Finder's Comparison Service, please refer to IG Markets'
   terms and conditions and financial product disclosures before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are
   separate to and do not form part of IG Markets' terms. For clarity, Finder is not responsible for and does not
   supply any trading services under IG Markets' offering. You must contact IG Markets directly for more information.

2. Promotion Eligibility

Eligible products:
The Reward is available ONLY on CRYPTOCURRENCY trading products via IG Markets.

To be eligible for the Offer:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.
• Click on the unique promotion link to access IG Markets and complete sign up in the same session.
• Complete at least $250 AUD of CRYPTO TRADING ONLY (inclusive of fees) in 1 BUY order within 30 days.
• Maintain an eligible IG Markets account until the Reward is fulfilled.
• Be a new IG Markets customer.
• Use the same email address on the Finder Comparison Service and with IG Markets.
• Only one Reward may be claimed per Finder member for a Qualifying Transaction.

3. Promotion Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• You do not use the unique promotion link to register and trade via IG Markets.
• You are not a Finder member.
• Your email address does not match between Finder and IG Markets.
• You are a current IG Markets customer.
• You are an IG Markets employee or eligible for staff benefits.
• You redeem another similar IG Markets promotion or cashback.

Additional ineligibility conditions will apply, including:

• Cancelled, refunded, or reversed transactions
• Use of VPNs or ad blockers during sign-up or trading
• Purchases or trades made through other cashback or rewards websites
• Fraudulent transactions
• Use of any non-crypto trading instruments (strictly excluded)
• Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
• Use of invalid promo codes not issued by Finder
• Customers who create or sign in using Apple ID accounts are not eligible due to verification restrictions

4. Reward Amount

• The maximum Reward Amount that an eligible customer may claim will be $100 AUD.

5. Fulfilment and Tracking

• The Fulfilment Eligibility Check will be conducted on 30 July 2026 for all Qualifying Transactions that satisfied the eligibility criteria during the promotion period.
• Your card will be issued electronically on or before 28 August 2026 after you've met all eligibility conditions.
• Rewards will be distributed via email by Blackhawk.

6. General Conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

7. Privacy

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfilment partners for eligibility verification.
• Finder may use your data for research and marketing unless you opt out.
• Participant data is handled in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

8. Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse IG Markets or its trading products. You are responsible for assessing suitability and risk.
• All trading involves risk. Crypto assets are highly volatile and may result in loss of capital.
• Finder may receive a commission if you proceed via the Finder Comparison Service.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
• The Activ™ Gift Card terms apply as per issuer conditions.
