Finder Rewards AGL July 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Finder is offering a digital gift card of up to $200 to eligible customers who sign up to a participating AGL Australia electricity and/or gas plan through the Finder Comparison Service. Eligible customers may receive $150 for electricity plans and $50 for gas plans ("Reward").

This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over and runs from 3 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 ("Promotion Period"), unless withdrawn earlier. This Promotion is available while it remains visible on the Finder Comparison Service.

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

• The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 18 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
• Finder is a comparison service and does not supply, issue, or administer energy products. AGL Australia is solely responsible for pricing, supply, billing, network performance, and service delivery.
• Finder provides customers with the ability to compare and sign up to energy products through its website at www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
• The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's Privacy Policy apply.
• If you choose to proceed with AGL Australia, you should review AGL Australia's Energy Price Fact Sheets, Basic Plan Information Documents (where applicable), and full terms and conditions before making a decision.
• Energy prices may include usage and supply charges, conditional discounts, and variable rates depending on your location and consumption.
• This promotion is only available via Finder.

2. Eligible Reward

Maximum total reward: Up to $200 per eligible customer.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over
• Be a registered Finder member or create a Finder account prior to commencing the rewards journey, and remain a member until fulfilment
• Complete an energy comparison via the Finder Comparison Service
• Click on the unique promotion link and complete the eligible transaction in the same session via Finder
• Sign up to an eligible AGL Australia electricity and/or gas plan during the Promotion Period using the same email address for Finder and AGL Australia accounts
• The Eligible Energy Plan must be successfully connected by 7 August 2026 and remain active and in good standing until the eligibility assessment date on 30 October 2026
• Be a new AGL Australia customer or not have held an AGL Australia account for the same energy type in the past 60 days
• Remain up to date with all required payments and in good standing at the time of eligibility assessment

Cooling-off period notice: If you cancel your contract during any applicable cooling-off period under the National Energy Retail Rules, or if the contract is later cancelled or reversed, you will not be eligible for the Reward.

4. Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• You do not use the unique promotion link to complete your sign-up via Finder
• You sign up outside the Promotion Period
• You do not have your Eligible Energy Plan connected by 7 August 2026
• Your account is cancelled, transferred, suspended, or disconnected before the eligibility assessment date
• Your account is not active and in good standing at the time of eligibility assessment
• Your email address does not match between Finder and AGL Australia
• You are an existing or recent AGL Australia customer (within 60 days) for the same energy type
• You engage in fraudulent, misleading, or suspicious activity

5. Reward Structure

• Electricity plan reward: $150 digital gift card
• Gas plan reward: $50 digital gift card
• Maximum reward per customer: $200

6. Fulfilment and Tracking

• Eligibility assessment date: 30 October 2026
• Reward fulfilment date: On or before 27 November 2026
• To ensure your transaction is tracked:
  • Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link
  • Complete your application in the same session
  • Do not switch devices or browsers during application
  • Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers
  • Do not arrive via other cashback or rewards platforms

7. Reward Conditions

• Eligibility is conditional upon meeting all requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions
• Only one Reward is available per eligible customer, subject to verification
• Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Finder reserves the right to withhold the Reward where eligibility conditions are not satisfied

8. General Conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law
• Finder may verify eligibility and disqualify participants who breach these Terms and Conditions
• All costs associated with participation are the responsibility of the customer
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder and AGL Australia are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from this promotion
• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia

9. Privacy

• Finder may collect and share personal information with AGL Australia and fulfilment partners for the purposes of administering this promotion
• Data may also be used for research, analytics, and marketing purposes unless opted out
• All personal information is handled in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy

10. Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse AGL Australia or its energy products
• Customers should review all pricing, fees, and contract terms before signing up
• Finder may receive a commission if you sign up via the Finder Comparison Service
• This promotion cannot be combined with other Finder promotions unless explicitly stated
