Finder Rewards Offer for Aussie Home Loans - Terms and Conditions

Offer Summary

Finder is offering a $700 digital gift card to eligible Finder members who refinance an eligible Home Loan with a Aussie mortgage broker through the Finder Comparison Service during the Promotion Period (“Reward”).

This Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who meet the eligibility criteria and who:

• Book an appointment with a Aussie mortgage broker via Finder between 4 March 2026 and 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”);
• Lodge a refinance application by 31 March 2026; and
• Settle their refinanced home loan by 30 May 2026.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

Eligible Home Loan: A home loan being refinanced with Aussie Home Loans for either an owner-occupied or investment purpose, subject to Aussie’s lending criteria.

Lodge: The date on which a complete refinance application is formally submitted to Aussie Home Loans.

Settle: The date on which funds for the eligible Home Loan are disbursed, marking the official settlement of the loan.

1. Overview

The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 18 118 785 121) (“Finder”) of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services and products through its website at www.finder.com.au (the “Finder Comparison Service”).

The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder’s supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) (“Blackhawk”) (together, the “Fulfilment Partner”).

Blackhawk’s terms and conditions and Finder’s privacy policy also apply.

If you decide to apply and settle with Aussie Home Loans, please refer to Aussie Home Loans’ terms and conditions and privacy policy before making any decisions. Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Aussie Home Loans’ products or offerings.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Be an Australian resident and aged 18 years or over at the date of lodging a refinance application for an Eligible Home Loan.
• Be a registered Finder member or create a Finder account prior to booking your appointment.
• While logged into your Finder account, click on the unique promotion link and book an appointment with Aussie Home Loans during the Promotion Period.
• Lodge a refinance application by 31 March 2026.
• Settle the refinanced Eligible Home Loan by 30 May 2026.
• Use the same email address when comparing on Finder and transacting with Aussie Home Loans.

Other eligibility conditions may apply, including but not limited to:

• Limited to 1 Reward per Finder member.
• Limited to 1 Reward per Eligible Home Loan refinance.

3. Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• The appointment is not booked via Finder during the Promotion Period.
• The refinance application is not lodged by 31 March 2026.
• You do not settle by 30 May 2026.
• Your email does not match between Finder and Aussie Home Loans.
• You are an existing customer refinancing internally with Aussie Home Loans (unless otherwise approved).
• You redeem another similar Aussie Home Loans promotion or cashback offer, unless expressly permitted.
• You are an employee of Aussie Home Loans or eligible for staff benefits.

Additional ineligibility conditions will apply, including:

• Cancelled, withdrawn, declined, refunded, or incomplete applications.
• Use of VPNs or ad blockers during booking or application.
• Applications initiated through other cashback or rewards websites.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Purchases made with vouchers or promo codes not featured on Finder’s site.

4. Reward Amounts

The maximum Reward Amount that an eligible customer may claim is AUD $700.

5. Fulfilment and Tracking

• Eligibility checks will be conducted after the settlement deadline.
• The Reward will be issued on or by 30 June 2026.
• Rewards will be distributed via email by Blackhawk.
• Rewards must be activated by the date specified in your email (typically within 3 months of issue) and will remain valid for at least 36 months after activation.

To ensure your transaction is tracked:

• Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link.
• Book your appointment and lodge your application during the required timeframes.
• Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
• Avoid using private browsing or switching devices/browsers mid-session.
• Do not click through from another rewards or cashback site.

6. General Conditions

• Finder reserves the right to vary, amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical or fulfilment errors.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

7. Privacy

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfilment partners, service providers, and Aussie Home Loans for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility.
• Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
• All entries and participant data become the property of Finder and will be managed in accordance with Finder’s Privacy Policy.

8. Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse Aussie Home Loans or its products. You are responsible for reviewing all relevant terms, fees, and eligibility criteria available on Aussie Home Loans’ website to ensure that the product is suitable for you.
• All applications for credit are subject to Aussie Home Loans’ credit approval criteria. Terms and conditions, fees and charges, and other eligibility criteria apply.
• Finder may receive payment if you proceed with the transaction via the Finder Comparison Service.
• This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole. The Activ Visa card has a 3-year expiry from the issue date.
