Finder is offering an AUD 150 Digital Visa Gift Card to eligible customers who sign up as a new Webull Securities (Australia) Pty. Ltd (“Webull”) customer through the Finder Comparison Service and satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions ("Reward").

All deposits and transfers made in USD will be converted to AUD using the prevailing exchange rate on the settlement date.

The Finder Reward offer will run alongside Webull's current Welcome Campaign. Eligible customers who satisfy all eligibility requirements of the Welcome Campaign may also qualify for Webull’s 2% Cash Back and US Fractional Shares offers. This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who meet the eligibility requirements. The Promotion Period begins on 30 July 2026 and ends on 30 October 2026 (Sydney Local Time).

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

1. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services and products through its website www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
2. The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder’s supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk") (together, the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's Terms and Conditions and Finder's Privacy Policy also apply.
3. If you decide to proceed with Webull, please refer to Webull's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement before making any decisions. Finder does not provide any financial products or services on behalf of Webull. You must contact Webull directly for further information.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Reside in Australia.
• Be a registered Finder member or create a Finder account prior to opening an account with Webull.
• Click on the unique Finder promotion link to access Webull's product page and complete a new account registration with Webull by meeting all onboarding requirements.
• Deposit at least AUD 2,000 in a single deposit (one transaction).
• Place at least 1 BUY order for a US-listed stock or ETF during the Promotion Period through Webull.
• Use the same email address for your Finder account and your Webull account.
• Maintain both the Finder Account and Webull Account until the Reward is fulfilled.

*Customers will only be eligible for the Reward after completing at least one US BUY trade. Foreign exchange transactions are not considered a qualifying trade.

3. Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if you:

• Do not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
• Are a current or previous Webull customer or employee.
• Have previously opened a Webull account.
• Have redeemed another similar Webull promotion or reward, except for the Welcome Campaign mentioned above.

Additional exclusions apply, including:

• Cancelled, refunded, or reversed transactions.
• Use of VPNs or ad blockers.
• Purchases via other cashback or rewards sites.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Use of unauthorised vouchers or promo codes.
• Customers who create or sign into their Finder account using Apple ID.

4. Reward Details

• Only 1 Reward can be claimed per Finder member, subject to all eligibility criteria being satisfied.
• The maximum Reward available under this promotion is AUD 150.
• The Activ™ Digital Visa Gift Card is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd.
• Eligible customers will receive an email containing a code which can be redeemed for the Card. The code is valid for 90 calendar days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date.

5. Fulfilment and Tracking

• Reward fulfilment date: on or before 30 October 2026.
• Rewards will be made available via the customer's Finder Rewards dashboard.
• To ensure your transaction is tracked:
  • Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link before completing any requirements.
  • Complete account registration and onboarding in accordance with promotion terms.
  • Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
  • Avoid using private browsing or switching devices/browsers mid-session.
  • Do not click through from another rewards or cashback site.

Reward Delivery and Claim

Making the Reward Available

Once a customer has satisfied the Eligibility Conditions, the Reward will be made available to the customer in their Finder Rewards dashboard on or before the Reward fulfilment date specified in these Terms. Finder will notify the customer by email that the Reward is available to claim.

Claim Window

The customer must claim the Reward through their Finder Rewards dashboard within six (6) months of the date the Reward is made available. Finder will send at least one reminder to the customer during the Claim Window in advance of the forfeiture date.

Discharge on Claim

When the customer claims the Reward through their Finder Rewards dashboard, Finder or Finder’s designated supplier will transmit the Reward (whether a digital gift card code or other reward mechanism) to the customer’s registered email address or mobile telephone number. Finder’s obligations under this promotion are discharged in full upon such transmission.

Failure to Claim

If the customer does not claim the Reward within the six-month Claim Window, the Reward is forfeited and Finder’s obligation to provide the Reward is deemed satisfied and released. Finder is not obliged to make the Reward available again or to reissue the Reward.

Third-Party Terms After Transmission

Activation, redemption, replacement and use of the Reward following transmission are governed by these Reward terms and the terms of Finder’s designated supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd, available at https://blackhawknetwork.com/au-en/terms-use. Finder is not responsible for any failure by the customer to activate or redeem the Reward within the timeframes specified by the reward issuer, and Finder is not obliged to reissue any expired, lapsed or unactivated Reward.

General Conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• Finder and Webull may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Privacy

• Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfilment partners, service providers, and Webull for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility.
• Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
• All entries and participant data become the property of Finder and will be managed in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse Webull, its services or products.
• Finder may receive a commission if you proceed with the transaction via the Finder Comparison Service.
• This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
