Finder is offering a digital gift card of up to $50 to eligible customers who sign up to a participating TPG Mobile plan through the Finder Comparison Service ("Reward").

The Promotion Period begins on and ends on , unless withdrawn earlier. This Promotion is available while it remains visible on the Finder Comparison Service.

Reward amounts are fixed at $50 for eligible TPG Mobile plans purchased via the Finder Comparison Service during the Promotion Period.

Terms & Conditions

Overview

  • The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder provides customers the ability to compare and sign up to products through its website www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
  • The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk") (together, the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also apply.
  • If you choose to proceed with TPG Telecom Limited ("TPG"), you should review TPG's terms and conditions, critical information summaries, and privacy policy before making a decision. Finder is not responsible for or affiliated with the supply of TPG services.

Maximum reward: $50 per eligible customer per qualifying purchase.

Eligibility

  • To qualify for the Reward, you must:
    • Be aged 18 years or over
    • Be a registered Finder member (or create an account) and remain a member until Reward fulfilment
    • Use the same email address for your Finder account and TPG account
    • Click through via the unique Finder promotion link and complete your application in the same session
    • Purchase an eligible TPG Mobile plan during the Promotion Period (1 July 2026 – 31 July 2026)
  • Eligible customers:
    • New TPG Mobile customers only
    • Must not have held a TPG Mobile service within the past 30 days
  • Service requirements:
    • Activate your TPG Mobile service within 28 days of purchase
    • Maintain an active service until Reward fulfilment
  • Other conditions:
    • Must reside in Australia
    • Limited to one Reward per Finder member per eligible purchase
    • Must use an approved payment method where applicable (e.g. direct debit)

Ineligibility

  • The Reward will not be issued if:
    • You do not use the unique Finder promotion link to complete your purchase
    • You sign up outside the Promotion Period
    • Your email address does not match between Finder and TPG
    • You are a current or recent TPG Mobile customer (within 30 days)
    • You cancel, disconnect, downgrade, or port out before meeting eligibility requirements
    • You are a TPG employee or receive employee benefits

Fulfilment and Tracking

  • An eligibility check will be conducted on 31 October 2026.
  • Rewards will be issued on or before 30 November 2026.
  • To ensure successful tracking:
    • Always click through from Finder using the unique promotion link
    • Complete your purchase in the same session
    • Do not switch devices or browsers during checkout
    • Disable ad blockers and enable cookies
    • Do not arrive via other cashback or rewards platforms

General Conditions

  • Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice
  • Finder may verify eligibility and disqualify users who breach these terms
  • All costs associated with participation are the responsibility of the customer
  • To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss, delay, or technical issue arising from this promotion
  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia

Privacy

  • Finder may collect and share personal information with TPG and fulfilment partners for eligibility verification
  • Data may be used for analytics and marketing unless opted out
  • All personal data is handled in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy

  • Customers should review all plan pricing, inclusions, and terms before signing up
  • Finder may receive a commission if you purchase via the Finder Comparison Service
