Finder Rewards Pepperstone Crypto Promotion (“Promotion”) – September 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Finder is offering a $150 digital Visa gift card to eligible individuals who sign up as a new customer with Pepperstone Crypto through the Finder Comparison Service and make a first trade of at least $150 (the "Reward").

This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who meet the eligibility requirements. The Promotion Period begins on 1 September 2026 and ends on 31 October 2026.

The Terms and Conditions for the Promotion follow below.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Overview

• The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to Pepperstone Crypto through its website at https://www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
• The Reward is payable through a digital Visa Gift Card distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd ("Blackhawk") (the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also apply to this promotion.
• If you decide to sign up to Pepperstone Crypto using Finder's Comparison Service, please refer to Pepperstone Crypto's terms and conditions and privacy policy before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are separate to and do not form part of Pepperstone Crypto's terms and conditions. Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Pepperstone Crypto's product or offering. You must contact Pepperstone Crypto directly for more information.

Promotion Eligibility

• To be eligible for the Reward:
  • Be aged 18 years or over.
  • Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.
  • While logged into your Finder Member account, click on the unique promotion link to access Pepperstone Crypto's product page and complete your sign-up as a new Pepperstone Crypto customer during the same session.
  • Make a first trade of at least $150 within 30 days of account opening.
  • Maintain an eligible Pepperstone Crypto account until the Reward is fulfilled.
  • Be a new Pepperstone Crypto customer.
  • Use the same email address on the Finder Comparison Service and with Pepperstone Crypto.
  • Only one Reward may be claimed by each Finder member for a transaction that meets the eligibility criteria ("Qualifying Transaction").

Promotion Ineligibility

• The Reward will not be issued if:
  • You do not use the unique promotion link while logged into your Finder account to access Pepperstone Crypto's website.
  • You are not a Finder member.
  • Your email address does not match between Finder and Pepperstone Crypto.
  • You are a current Pepperstone Crypto customer.
  • You are a Pepperstone Crypto employee or eligible for staff discounts.
  • You redeem another similar Pepperstone Crypto promotion or cashback.

Additional ineligibility conditions will apply, including:

• Transactions that do not meet the minimum first-trade requirement of $150 within 30 days of account opening.
• Cancelled, refunded, or returned transactions.
• Use of VPNs or ad blockers.
• Transactions made through other cashback or rewards websites.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated.
• Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase.
• Transactions made using Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on Finder's site.

Reward Amount

The maximum Reward Amount that an eligible customer may claim will be $150.

Fulfilment and Tracking

• Your Reward will be issued on or before 20 January 2027. Rewards will be made available via your Finder Rewards dashboard.
• To ensure your transaction is tracked:
  • Always click through from Finder via the unique promotion link.
  • Complete your sign-up within the same session as clicking the Finder promotion link.
  • Enable third-party cookies and disable ad blockers.
  • Avoid using private browsing or switching devices or browsers mid-session.
  • Do not click through from another rewards or cashback site.

Reward Delivery and Claim

Making the Reward Available

Once a customer has satisfied the Eligibility Conditions, the Reward will be made available to the customer in their Finder Rewards dashboard on or before the Reward fulfilment date specified in these Terms. Finder will notify the customer by email that the Reward is available to claim.

Claim Window

The customer must claim the Reward through their Finder Rewards dashboard within six (6) months of the date the Reward is made available. Finder will send at least one reminder to the customer during the Claim Window in advance of the forfeiture date.

Discharge on Claim

When the customer claims the Reward through their Finder Rewards dashboard, Finder or Finder's designated supplier will transmit the Reward (whether a digital gift card code or other reward mechanism) to the customer's registered email address or mobile telephone number. Finder's obligations under this promotion are discharged in full upon such transmission.

Failure to Claim

If the customer does not claim the Reward within the six-month Claim Window, the Reward is forfeited and Finder's obligation to provide the Reward is deemed satisfied and released. Finder is not obliged to make the Reward available again or to reissue the Reward.

Third-Party Terms After Transmission

Activation, redemption, replacement and use of the Reward following transmission are governed by these Reward terms and the terms of Finder's designated supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd, available at https://blackhawknetwork.com/au-en/terms-use. Finder is not responsible for any failure by the customer to activate or redeem the Reward within the timeframes specified by the reward issuer, and Finder is not obliged to reissue any expired, lapsed or unactivated Reward.

General Conditions

• Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
• Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
• Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical or fulfilment errors.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Privacy

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfilment partners and service providers for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility.
• Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
• All entries and participant data will be managed in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

Disclosures

• Finder does not recommend or endorse Pepperstone Crypto or its products. You are responsible for reviewing all relevant terms, PDS, TMD, fees and eligibility criteria available on Pepperstone Crypto's website to ensure that the product is suitable for you.
• Finder may receive a commission if you proceed with the transaction via the Finder Comparison Service.
• This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• The Activ™ Gift Card ('Card') is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 ('Heritage') pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 ('Blackhawk') is Heritage's program manager for the Card. Blackhawk and Heritage are not associated with this promotion. • All eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. Please note, the code cannot be re-issued or redeemed post the expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole. The Activ Visa card has a 3-year expiry from the issue date.
